Ann Wilson is one of the greatest singers ever, their in Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, sure deserve it. Her sis Nancy plays such a mean guitar and sings well also. Crazy on You and Alone are incredible! They did a tribute to Stairway to Heaven in 2012 it was phenomenal one of the best performances I've seen in my 60 years of listening to music.
The 70’s is the best real music. No computers to enhance their music. Listen to the 60 and 70’s for a better appreciation of the artist’s talents. Their voices and the music were so much better.
The guitar work in this doesn't get enough credit. It's brilliant. If you want to hear how well that sterling voice of hers did through the years, check them out doing the tribute to Led Zeppelin at The Kennedy Center. They were great live back then, and they're still great. You'll likely like that just as much or more than this.
That was an awesome performance. Dreamboat Annie can BELT! I think my favorite part of the song is at the end of the long solo when the guitar sounds like it has a lot of compression and maybe a phaser or something and everything is gearing up for the end n she let's out that Ooooooooaaaaaahhhhhhh‼️Very powerful
Simple tune to play. Nancy gets way too much credit. It's all about Ann for me when it comes to Heart. Nancy can play don't get me wrong. She has a brilliant Spanish style but this tune is basic.
@@brittanygarrison8030 That's fascinating. Why would you think I would be referring to the *rhythm* guitar--or in this case, *second* rhythm guitar--rather than the lead, when making a guitar quality comment? I suspect most people understand that I was referring to Roger Fisher's very creative and clever solo. But it is fascinating to know that you could read that, and think I thought of the rhythm guitars. I don't believe, in all the years I have played in bands, or listened to, live music, that I've ever heard a comment about the rhythm guitars. That's interesting.
@@s.mcpherson6354 I agree with your premise on THIS song...it's simple and Nancy is no Hendrix. But you're saying rhythm guitarists don't get love? James Hetfield, Malcolm Young, Dicky Betts,...I could go on forever but you know what I mean. Some ppl enjoy the riffs and think the blistering solos are what's easy. I'm a rhythm guitarist...because I'd rather lock down the groove then just fiddle away, pretty much aimlessly, until it's MY TIME for my shredding solo that has no feel or..."rhythm". ✌🏽️😉 I'm just having fun. I love all guitar
Two other great heart hits you should check out are "Crazy on You" and "Magic Man." And as others have said, Heart's tribute to Led Zeppelin live at the Kennedy Center in (I believe) 2012. Be sure you've already reacted to Led Zeppelin doing the song first though if you're not familiar with it!
Saw them twice. Once on 07/05/81 at the old Jack Murphy Stadium in San Diego with Cold Chisel, Jimmy Buffett, Pat Travers and Georg Thorogood. The were the headline and absolutely KILLED 😁😎😍😍😘😘 This song was written because a lowly producer used the "any publicity is good" and screwed up by starting a rumor that they were lesbians.
Oh man you guys have no idea. The 80s were great also but the 70s, especially the later half were incredible. I remember going to rock shows and seeing two and sometimes three big name bands for $15. Of course you might have to camp out on the sidewalk overnight before the tickets went on sale but we were teenagers we didn't care. That was just part of the adventure. Not that Heart isn't but if you want to hear some thing amazing from I believe1976 try "Foreplay/Longtime" by Boston. That entire first album is immaculate. Nice reaction by the way, got you a sub.
How did people have time to learn to play instruments? In the 70s there were only about 6 TV channels, no internet, no video games, no I phones---time was spent in other ways. Lots of people had record collections that they would share with their friends.
❤🔥🤩❤🔥🤩 Love them, Rock Goddesses from the 70's, paved the way. Check out Kennedy Center Honors Tribute to Led Zeppelin "Stairway to Heaven." Fun reaction!! New sub.👍🏽
Great channel y'all! Very dope...been checkin y'all out since out the gate. These girls can rock! Check that...no need in sayin girls. THEY ROCK. They have a bunch of bangers 🤘🏽💀🤘🏽
I disagree, I've been watchin awesome guitars players my whole life n I'm 48,I think The Dooo is the best in the 🌎...he can literally play anything and everything and better than the original in most cases and plays crazy video game tunes and he makes his own music as well,plus..plus he can hear something and play it back to u instantly...no one better n if so show me
React to mozzy I ain’t perfect and straight to 4th he’s from Sacramento and he’s hella underrated he has a song with Eminem and Kendrick Lamar shouted him out at the Grammys back in 2017 and his most famous video sleep walking is in the marvel movie black panther he’s a dope artist 🔥🔥
These poor souls don't even know what music even is??? And the fact that she said guitar hero is very sad ....hahahahaha I grew up listening to real music and the great bands I'm so happy to be from a more civilized and much much better generation .
You're wrong.... The Doo is probably the best guitar player in the world right now, Following him would be Buckethead,u just haven't heard enough from them, and there is alot more than that even.
Great band. The best female Rock and Roll voice ever
Ann has got the best female voice in rock. So much power. I absolutely love her.
She is the undisputed best voice in rock.
@@bonstadAnn is among the best, but I would give the best spot to Pay Benatar.
1970s were so fricking fun. Heart always had the best guitarists. ANN IS THE GOAT. ❤ We all had that hairstyle. lol
Yep! It was called "THE SHAG CUT" 😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤

To say the Wilson sisters rock doesn't do justice to the word. They take the genre to soaring heights rarely seen or heard by any other rock group.❤❤❤
I saw Heart and Little River Band in the late 70"S in Medford Oregon. Amazing, both bands
We didn't have computers or internet or video games, all us guys learned to play guitar.
"How did everyone learn how to play like that?" There was nothing else to do, no internet, only 3 channels of TV, they had to have fun somehow!
Ann and Nancy the Wilson sisters they are amazing. Ann has her amazing voice as the lead singer and Nancy she's an amazing guitarist
Heart is my favorite female rock band. Ann and Nancy Wilson are the best 😊
Back in the day we had Band and Choir in school. We all learned musical instruments and sang. It’s sad they don’t push it more in schools. 😁❤️

Bass gets no respect. It drives this...like it does with other music. Nice bass work on this. Too bad most people concentrate on vocals, guitar etc.
Ann Wilson's voice gives me chills.

They were great live.
This song was written about the record executive who, after signing their record deal, wanted to...uh..."celebrate" with BOTH Wilson sisters.
High School and rock music was such a fun blend back in the day.

Good reaction - Then damn Wilson sisters! Legends! FIRE!
Heart are fantastic and still going now - Ann and Nancy are class! :D
Yall are so fun
I absolutely love that song! Great reaction!
love heart!!
this was a great reaction :)
The one and only Ann Wilson and her sister Nancy Wilson on guitar. Think both are members of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Nancy wasn't the lead guitarist in heart
@@allensaunders449 Does that change the fact that they are sisters and both were In the band called heart or that she is playing a guitar?
YES!!!!!!
Just came upon your channel! I love this Lady rocks with the song! You go girl!!!!!!
Saw this girls live back in 1976 in Canada 🇨🇦
great choice
Do more ...Heart!
Professional musicians play for thousands of hours always pushing to learn more and get better. The very best are dedicated. 6,11-:
We learned in school but what you did with it took a lot of practice.
Magic Man is an incredible song.
Great song, I was 14 when that song came out. You guys are fun. Love from California.

Playing the guitar was the epitome of cool in the 70's and 80's. Vocals alone wouldn't make it.
Great reaction!
Playing instruments takes yrs of practice
Most take up music around age 12-13
Then start bands at 18-19 yrs old
Funky! I know, I was there! In my 20's!
2:04 bless you
Now that's real music. With real gutters. And insurance.
No cell phones, no cable tv

No one could make it back then unless they could play well. It all went away in the late 90s. Well mostly.
You two are fearless,... HEART!!! How about "Heartbreaker" by Pat Benatar?? Yummy!
