The average price of apartments in Seoul is about 1 million dollar at the current exchange rate. Considering the deposit, the monthly rent of your studio is not expensive at all. If you don't want to pay the monthly rent, you have to deposit over 30,000 dollar. FYI, The long-term(10 year) average dollar/won rate is about 1,100 won, not 1,300 won. The dollar/won rate will soon come down to the long-term average then the rent and the deposit measured in dollar will be much higher than its current amount. The property prices of Korea are very high even for Koreans whose average income is one of the highest in the world.

It is small but i like all the storage, it's easy to organize your things. Im also 160cm😂 i would be ok in this room haha I'm in Montreal Canada, so this is average price for a studio, even more expensive sometimes.

근데 이 정도의 월세면 고양시 덕양구나 일산구쪽으로 이사오시면 25평이상 방 3개 짜리 집에서 더 넓고 쾌적하게 사실 수 있는데...고양시에서 신촌까지 버스나 지하철로 30분도 안걸림.
