It would be very useful to every one, if you would make a video of, how others should/could relate to others?!! Concider that, "" I "" may be 100% right, yet that some one is an insistant egoist,& ungiving stubborn ? So I should abide by that other person's wrong?! Nah - na - na - naah?! Most of these things are not outpsyching,, these are teaching to be manipulative behavior! Simly just a ; = "" C - "" = I would of have failed in my class with this!!

All I do is respect others views by saying, "your right", then I add on with my opinion. I'm good with remembering names and their personal stories, and remind them on the topic. It makes them ask me, " Wow!!, you still remember that ?". And that makes them grow closer to me. But the one with the children, thanks for that. Brilliant!!

I've tried it with college professors while they stand at the front of class teaching and I've tried it with my toddler daughter. I've tried it with my gaslighting ex and I've tried it on my dog. Not so surprisingly, my dog is the only one who didn't respond with actions belying guilt. Go figure... The only innocent one is the dog!
The professor give me the highest grade and the only grade above a "C" in the class with and "A-". My classmates actually accused me of having slept with him, which I thought strange. My daughter looked terrified and went to clean up her toys. My ex... He shrank. I mean visibly shrank! Finally he left and even asked permission before coming home again. But my dog... Nope, he just stood straight and proud in his old age and stared right back with true pride and pure love.
What did I do to make these people give me what I wanted? I stared them straight in the eyes as THEY spoke with no deviation and very little blinking. Full 100% attention to every nuance and tone change. Every twitch, glitch, or switch being noted in a way they KnOW I Know and made them wonder why I didn't DO or SAY anything.

The mirroring someone's actions has worked for me in some cases but I believe it's because people are so into themselves that they are subconsciously saying this person is like me so they must be cool. Another is having a debate or argument with someone and in the midst of it telling the other person they're right. They will stop for at least a moment or two to see if you're trying to trick them into giving up on their position. Now you can calmly get in edgewise.

1.give a gift to suck up, even if they hate you
    2. Pay attention to who laughs at you, since they likely dig you
3.move away from aggressor to relieve tension
    4. Notice where feet are pointed as it clues you in to people who aren’t interested in you.
5.mirror someone’s movements “this gon’ bring you closer”
    6.the silent treatment works
    7.
8.give them a choice where they will choose what you want “do you want broccoli or Lima beans, they will have to choose a veggie” winning
    9.remember names to suck up
    10.touch people to create bonds

I don't know if this is psychological but if you have low confidence and u are scared of what people think, just listen to music and imagine yourself dancing and doing anything you are embarrassed to do. I just had a 30 minute dancing session and now im not that afraid to dance infront of my friends

If I sense people trying to manipulate me, it has the complete opposite effect - I won't trust them and will disengage from them.

This assumes you can detect it. Also, if you stop trusting everyone who tries to manipulate you, you will be distrusting practically everyone you know and will know. Pretty much everyone in the customer service field manipulates you, whether they knowingly do so or not. Pretty much every company and corporation will try to manipulate you (usually through ads, but not always through ads). All salespeople will try to manipulate you. Even your friends and family will try to manipulate you, but usually, they're not doing it knowingly. They have just picked up on manipulation tricks through observation and it becomes a part of how they act and react to others. When it comes to business, everyone is out to liberate you from your money and there are no holds barred (assuming they can get away with it). You were very likely manipulated into buying over 90% of everything you own.

But whenever I do give gifts I feel like people get weird about it, like they don't really want to accept it, and I'm giving something small like candy or a keychain from a trip abroad. One time I gave a coworker candy she said "you shouldn't have done that" I said "No, its ok enjoy it!" and she replied "ok, thanks" begrudgingly. She told me she wasn't on a diet or anything like that. Since then I just stopped taking initiative giving gifts because I just can't understand why some people feel weird about it and i don't want to make anyone feel uncomfortable. I'm not expecting anything back from them, just a friendly gesture from my part.

That has been my experience also, until someone I barely know gave me a gift. I kept asking myself why she would do that, even though I do it just bc I enjoy it. I saw something that made have a nice thought of them. So, now I keep those nice thoughts to myself so I dont make them uncomfotable, like I felt. Empathy that surprised me bc I always thought people liked getting/giving gifts, like u!😃❤ b happy, save gifts 4 exchanging, that way it is appreciated & NOT intimidating. It works!🌞

I would take a small gift from someone. As it is the thought of that gesture that is nice. And some times if I'm able to return the gesture in some way that's good.because the are many ways to return the gesture.
