Throughly enjoyable. Great to hear Randy speak. Giggle! This video is so informative for those who haven't vended, yet. You've made me think about my days as a vendor. Ohhhh, so much work, but so much fun,and stories.
Yvonne Williams Thank you for asking. I make jewerlry from wire and sometimes metal. I use to make cute pins/brooches that were crazy ladies, from wire and cloth. They are speaking to me to be made again. I'm now selling in shops, but I will be back in fares this fall in the Asheville,NC area.
You two remind me so much of my husband and I without his love and support my jewelry would never have blossomed into what it is now❤ I too battle severe bipolar disorder and adult ADHD 😇 and have those negative tidal waves of despair
You two are awesome! “There was a tornado and we almost died, but we didn’t give up!” You are real, you are funny you are talented and helpful and encouraging… thank you for what you do! 💕 I love your videos, and how you have a heart for sharing your talent!
I loved watching this one.....brings back SO many memories of what my late husband and I went through when we started our business (like 27-28 years ago) and doing craft shows & festivals......we made a rule to never do a first year show.....we would always wait till that venue had at least 2-3 years under their belt and had survived........we had 5 kids at home and could not afford to lose money.......lol............so glad you two continued on and are now doing well!!!! You two are adorable!!!! : )
WOW.......so much work.....cant tell you how impressed i am....not only do you have beautiful art pieces ......your booth is one as well.......i am a forever fan.......thanks for sharing
What The Forge that's how I found them about a week ago. yevonne (spelling?) is so sweet and helpful. and I have watched alot of her videos just trying to learn what things is want to try. I love crafting.. it keeps me sane and if I could turn it into a profit I think is be the happiest camper ever
I absolutely love you two! I have been watching your videos for a while now and think the universe cheated us by not letting us meet when we were kids, we would have been the bestest friends I just know it! I appreciate everything you have posted as I always find calm and inspiration when I watch your content. Your the best! Thank you again for ALL the wonderful inspiring things you do! Blessings to you both 🙏 Sabrina
We decoupage over our styrofoam heads. They hold up so much better that way. Plus they look nice enough that people are always asking to buy our heads at events.
This is a great video share. The genuineness is singing through. Love the bits of humor and laughter through the nightmare stories, lol. Thanks for sharing.
My husband and I laughed and laughed whilst listening to your ranting. We were with you all the way darlings. Been there done that, designed the tshirt, never mind bought it. It really lightened our day. I design and make one-of-a-kind Teddy Bears and character rag dolls, plus monsters and more. So we have been to some weird and wonderful fairs in our time. Keep up the great work and power to your elbow. Love from the Yorkshire dales in the UK
This is a beautiful set up! Love to see other vendor's work. I collect crystals and gems as well. I only have a few spheres but always looking for the right one. Nice job!
Hi, I am so happy that I have found your channel. I am a jewelry crafter myself and have been for more about 15yrs. I have not moved on to doing any events because the idea of it always seems so daunting, I also find it difficult to create under pressure. I have loved listening to your stories and watching you create. You are both very inspiring. I hope that one day in the near future I can get enough stuff together to attempt at least a small craft show. I look forward to watching more videos and learning more about what you do. Thanks!!
I just started to laugh, Randy was eating something behind you, and when he finished, your big pup (white/black) he was just STARING at the bowl..he was really intense!! So funny, cute.....lol!! Beautiful dog too!
:) Your wire wrapping videos are awesome, and that's how I found your "How we set up for Vending." Thanks for making and posting this video. I learned so much from watching it. I agree about the "horse shoe" set up. As a craft show shopper I avoided those areas because, if too many people are enclosed in the "horse shoe" I wasn't able to move about & see the items for sale up close, also getting the attention of the vendor was difficult too. I love your grid display set up. The table one you made has really given me some great inspiration and ideas to display my items. I have an opportunity to participate in a substantial craft fair in my neighborhood. I will be outside during this event. However, my table area is supposed to be under a bridge. I will be selling jewelry products & some textile items I make. This is my 1st craft fair I'm selling my products at. ( I have been making & selling jewelry items for 6 years, handmade quilts & quilted wall hangings since 1995.)
hey, Amura!! I am so glad this was helpful to you!! Good luck to you in all that you do; it is a turbulent market right now for a lot of folks, and it behooves us all to bring our A game!!
OMGosh, packing beforehand and set up is totally a science of being organized. We have 6 of those grid wall sections (2 3-sided racks on casters for displaying purses) and I agree about how limiting the brackets are that come with the grids. Love the idea of zip ties!!! Great idea to install the grids horizontally for your mannis. The corner shelves are awesome for display and support. Gonna have to look into getting a few of those. Great idea for your bracelet display - PVC half-pipes and leather. Sturdy but attractive! Great idea to use the upcycled shield trophies for display too. Much more durable than most display stuff. You guys are creative even in your displays! We have a lot of those velveteen covered easels and yes, they blow over way too easily! And we're constantly having to use a lint brush on them. The fabric gets flat spots with the slightest pressure when packed away between shows. I really like your DIY pendant display too. Not sure I quite get the ties but I'll figure something out. We have loads of those small square grid sections. Wow, I'm glad you shared about the awful off shoot of an off shoot show. Makes my bad shows seem mild.
This was SOOOO incredibly helpful, thank you so very much!!! My jewelry business has been on hold for a couple of years, and I've only done like 2 shows altogether, but both were good experiences [*and* I made a profit both times!] and I'm looking to get back into selling my stuff. I've got plenty of stock, but not much for display, so seeing your booth and hearing your advice was extremely informative. Thank you.
both of you are such sweet people! I loved your video! great advice!! I love renascence! I Made jewelry for several years to sell.I was only selling on etsy and I sold some but not much.. I'm disabled in a wheelchair so getting to a fair was out of the question where i was living because of no transportation... well then i lost most of my mobility in my right arm so i wasn't able to make very many things so I switched to scrapbooking and and silicone mold making and i love it!! most of the scrapbooking i make i give away and sell the molds on my etsy.. but that's ok its a lot of fun!! ... anyways lol great video!!!
oooo, whats your etsy? I'd love to check out your molds! The struggle is real, and we all face it in our ways. Fortunately the internet is a thing, and sites like etsy, artfire, and ebay are excellent for reaching a broad audience!
Hey!! I know Ive been selling on line for several years now and it's had it's up's n downs.. one thing bad or good about etsy is they have all of your reviews right there in the middle of your shop and itsgreat when your reviews are great but if you get one bad egg its disheartning to say the least.. i reasently had a lady leave me a bad review and i tried so had to make her happy but before she would give me a chance to make it right she left a really aweful review and i havent had a sell since '' :( I would love for you to check it out!! let me know before you order ( if you order! lol) I will send you 2 free molds all I would ask is for you to give me your honest review :) Hugz Suzie www.etsy.com/shop/MICHELLEnSUZETTE?ref=hdr_shop_menu
This was such a helpful video. You two are the cutest couple on the planet. I love how you support each other so much and work well together. It was nice to hear some of your stories too. I have to admit, it would have stressed me out to have a total stranger hanging out in my booth for so long during setup but you handled it so well.
Thanks, Kats! I'm glad we were helpful to you :) After 9 years, its really hard for someone to really knock us off our groove, and the other vendors can spot a trouble maker from a mile away and often come in to help distract :)
Thank you so much for doing this video. I have been vending at shows (new age / metaphysical / pagan / fairy) for about 12 years now, and it is always fun to see other set ups to get ideas from. Had a great time watching!
Love your videos... Just recently started watching because I am interested in trying my hand at some art crafts..not quite as talented as you, but your tutorials are so nice and informative. You have such a nice voice speaking and singing I have notice you humming or sing a verse of a song here and there. your laughter makes my heart smile. I have 2 daughters . I think maybe around your age maybe older and they both are very artistic and I have recommended they watch your videos. Just really wanted you to know how much I enjoy watching your tutorial and this video of you and Randy working together.
An actual space is what I"m used to however recently I've found that it is just a table and your chair and then behind you is a chair with another table facing the opposite direction. Now this is frustrating, crowded and not conductive if you have a back decor to display your items. So, It is imperative when doing a craft/artisan/vendor show to make sure what your space is going to be. If it's just a table make sure your fee coordinates with that. I paid 45$ for 6 hours for nothing more than a 6 ft table and metal chair and that's it! ( could not set up my displays for my clothing/larger bedding items. Trying to put your products on a 6 ft table when you were told your area would be 6 x 6 in fact it was again the table and your chair.) Your set up is great. Great Advice!
Hello I so enjoyed your talk about the ups and downs of vending. I have been there, did mostly outdoor vending at pow wow for four years in all kinds of weather. I can relate to your stories. I know I did learn a lot from other venders set ups. I used to get two six foot tables, a 10X10 easy up, all displays, some that went up on the walls, my tent, and camping supplies, stove blankets etc, jewelry stock and other product, in my GEO PRISM. People would laugh until I set up all of that stuff and then bowed in reverent respect that I could pull all of that off. Miss those days and am trying to gear up to do it again in retirement. Thank you for all of your awesome tutorials.
Thank you so much for this video I am hoping to use some of your ideas in the future. Your "shop" looked very inviting and I hope that you took very little home. Lovingly Lynne
So very thrilled to have seen this video. I'm heading into the circuit of craft shows & festival events as a newbie vendor and near life long quilter & craft artist. I'm primarily for now doing Polymer clay Fridge magnets & Gnome/Faerie/Mermaid Doors and a lot of beautiful Chainmaille jewelry & dream catchers...aka "Nightmare Nets". I also have some fun wood burned Tooth Fairy boxes, Magic Wands and other kid friendly items. I hope to have a revolving range of items throughout the next year or more to see what sells best at various shows. Thanks for the table placement tip, I would've done it wrong for sure. I have a great "2 or 3 sided" tent for outdoor events that can be set up on an isle or a corner. Too funny that good minds think alike, I already have been working on my booth banner, Yep on a light tan canvas with black chalkboard art calligraphy. I know I have to make it interesting enough to draw people in and priced well & reasonable enough to keep them in the booth longer than a bull ride might last. I have so enjoyed all your vids I've seen so far...I am SO GOING to try making the Elf Ears. See you on Facebook, Kate
That was another amazing LIVE! I love all your work and you have the sweetest personality! I just recently started doing some jewelry myself, I am soaking all this up like a sponge LOL.
Yvonne, you are Wonderful! I'm just starting to wire weave, I get so upset at times because I'll be almost done with a project and my weaving wire will break. I am not good, not yet...but I love your tutorials, now you have given me the encouragement I needed to keep practicing. I'll not give up! Thank you, for your experience and sharing your nightmares with us.
Hey, Julie! I am sure if you are patient with yourself and your wire you will be surprised at what you can accomplish; you don't have to be an expert to enjoy what you are doing :-) I am glad to be helpful to you!
I'm so sorry NC wasn't so kind to you...Yall are great people. I live in NC so hopefully is wasn't around where I am from?! I love listening to Von talk...your voice is so soft, when I am sleep deprived, I put you on because your voice is so soft and you lull me to sleep...in a good way. I am sleep deprived way too often.
I love u guys!!!! 💗. just found u n subbed to u. love ur ideas. I make jewelry n other things as well but ur dragon eyes r to die for. keep up the great videos. 💗💗💗💗💗
You two are such an inspiration.. Thank you for this video, it really will help me as I was going to stop doing shows but now I will trudge on and make some changes..hugs from Canada..
Oww this brings back memories !!!!!! When I was still able to do markets every weekend when I made jewelry before, I also had 3 tables and dressed them up all the time according to event or season, and I had such fun dressing up those tables every thime, it was also a moment when you see the coleages with spots on the market and I had so much custumers that came more to chat with me instead of for the fewelry b ut as I changed my desighns every week, they still kept ordering and bying too, it was so great, but it's some years ago as my body doesn't alow me anymore but this is so similar and such fun to see you do almost that same !!!!!! Thank you for taking me back there in my head !!!!! Love your video's all the time as you know , love and light, Nancy
You guys are amazing ! I`m just starting to get some stock together to travel with a gypsy roadshow in my country next summer. Thank you so much for the info and insights into what might be needed to set up a stall. Thank you. Thank you xx
Thank you, I've only vendered 3 times so far. I had 1 good show and 2 not so good. Getting ready for a few events coming up for the summer. Thank you for the ideas on earrings. You are right about the pain of putting them on display!!!
Thank you so much for the wealth of very helpful info about setting up a display. I so appreciated your sharing of things that failed and what you did to improve them. Your designs are beautiful and inspiring. You're delightful people who clearly care about others, and I wish you much success and countless blessings in the future. :)
What wonderful advice for any of us. Thanks so much. Have to show a few people I know that are thinking of starting a small business in a similar genre. Have a great day and keep up the fantastic videos. :)
Von & Randy, I did conventions for 22 years, went from New Orleans, to anywhere that needed me for "fire prevention education", I used to sell the products to fire Chiefs, that they taught in their community. Long story, short version, I have a few suggestions for you, you guys may have never thought of, 1st of all u were talking about using electricity, pul a 20" tv/CD player, we used slide show - which turned into vhs, I guess now computer, all videos o Yvon crafting some of the awesomenes she has!!! That generates attention, while you are at if make small raffle sheets, for a give away, give away something that was a lot of work to do, something folks would love, get back to me, with questions!!!
Oh my gosh you guys are the best! You must tell where the NC fair was!!! It sounds like the Wally World of craft shows! I am going to guess the Town started with an "H"? Thank you for all the awesome videos! I have learned so much from you on the creative front with your encouraging words and genuine spirit...so inspiring...I hope you will continue doing more videos outside too!
I loved the video, so very informative. You guys are such a cute couple. I have done some shows for candles but nothing to the extent you have done. So great ideas , I can’t wait to try out some of them!!
I really want to thank you guys for doing this video this is like one of the best videos you've ever done on your displays And I thought it would be cool too if you had little pop-ups over your heads that's so funny, I was wondering though If you ever had any problems with the metal plate square box stands your using. Thank you for the great video,And all the Detailed information On your setup.
Love your video's! Thanks so much for sharing! A few years ago I set up at 3 different locations (outdoor events) and each one was a different experience! We even had a permanent location at an indoor flea market for a few months. At each location we learned something new! If I had seen your video prior I think we would have had more success. We still made money at each event but not quite as much as we needed so life stepped in and we had to stop doing these. We do plan to start up again this year hopefully and this time we are going in being better prepared! Thanks again for sharing!
wow 🤗 So great to have a fireside chat with you and Randy who is so integral to what you do. The best information shared in the best of ways. When you think that you might want to take your crafts to the next level and start looking for advice..experience...anything to give you insight and kick-start..well... this is what you are looking for BUT not what you find...so thank you. We rarely get conventions here in Africa and when they are it costs about about $2500 plus plus plus for a small stall...so we are generally limited to craft fairs and one or 2 annual events like the medieval faire. We generally take our own fold up tables and collapsible gazebos (they are always outside ) These events usually run one day and cost about $30 to 50 per table space without electricity. Like you we also have improvise and make our own displayers and props or buy Chinese plastic😒. Once again .. loved the chat and getting to know you both better..thanx mwah.
Heya, Valerie! Thats why we started making these videos, both vlog style and the crafting tutorials, because this information wasn't widely available and so we make a lot of sometimes expensive mistakes figuring things out. The more we can share and give back, the better for everyone. Thanks for watching and hanging out with us!!
Went to fantasy Fayre today to scope it out..took a video on my cell phone..if you are curious what goes on here in Johannesburg South Africa, like me on my facebook page and I will download it for ya :-) Sadly was not the best market I've attended,.. about 70 stalls, some food , unfortunately the hosts did not give due care to the vendors and more than 60% of the stalls were jewelry, a lot of the same stuff. We have a huge Medieval Fayre around September-ish and that is way more fun. Hopefully this year I will have figured which way to swing my crafts and have my first stall..I'm guessing jewelry is off the table..lol.
I just subscribed to your channel because I'm in awe of your talent !!!!!!!!! I see the guitars in the back round - you must be creative couple ! ( a cute one too ) !
Sorry for posting my comments so late ,I can only hope that you will read them though,Both you and Randy are so awesome and laid-back its always a joy watching your videos.
Hi Yvonne I Am A Newbie At Your Channel, and I must say I Love Your Videos.. You Just So Kind, and Loving, Sweet People.. Keep Going Strong, and I will Be Here to support y'all
Just watch your video on your setup. It was very informative. I do jewelry i.e. necklaces, bracelets and earrings. I love the Walmart thingy with the hair ties. Just can't stop thanking you enough YW for all that you share with us. I can't wait to meet you in person.. I feel like I have know you forever.. not trying to weird you out. I signed up for Patreon.can't give as much as I would like but its a start for me. Keep up the great work.. totally love you and your man is really cute. I love that he is on board with you as is my husband!!!
Thank you so much, Laura! I hope we do get to cross paths one day! I am so glad I can be helpful to you :) I really do feel like nothing I do would be possible without Randy; I am a positive mess when he isn't around helping me keep my thoughts in order.
I can understand the hardship you guys go throw .I myself did vending for many years .Is not easy setting up your booth, packing and unpacking .I always did outdoors ,hot days and cold days not fun. I am from the big city . Is a tough business many people do not understand how hard it is.I never give up it pay my bills .Now i stay home and make my jewelry and watch your videos for ideas .God bless you both . Sonia.A
Great video! Love your display ideas and would love to "borrow" some of your shop ideas especially the display ideas for pendants (can you explain that a little more) and bracelets.
Oh my, that was exhausting just watching you guys. Your a great team. I didn't realize you did this for a living. Good thing you guys are young and strong! I hope you have good sales, it would be awful if it was a bust after all that work. Your work is beautiful. I'd think some stores would love to buy from you. Good luck!
It is really demoralizing when an event doesn't go well, for sure! I am so glad you like our work! :-) I am the luckiest duck to have Randy in my life; he completes and enhances everything I am and do
Omg, I laughed through this video. You two are so funny! Too bad you guys weren't around 35 yrs ago when I was doing local jewelry shows while still a college student. I later went on to rep companies at large merch. and book trade shows around the world. You two brought back happy memories and some not so happy (while still a student working outdoor craft shows) Lol!
I absolutely adore watching you two together. your personalities are fantastic. I hope to visit your booth in Indianapolis when you go. planning to...but at the same time...life is what happens when you make plans. please do more videos where you share your funny nightmarish stories. maybe a live chat q and a with Randy also. that would be amazing! oh and I saw you struggling trying to get that necklace to stay centered on the wooden (GENIUS ) stands...what if you added a screw in "c" hook to the back so you can hook the chain back and it would stay up as a choker or hang down as a pendant or just be adjusted depending on what is selling better that day? just a thought.
hehe, I hope we get to run into each other, Kari! But I so hear you that life happens :p We have some little tabs on the back of the displays for that purpose, its just hard to do one handed, lol
It'd be fun to see photos from your first booth if you have any. The progression of how your booth has evolved might be interesting. I've done a few shows as a vendor and a lot of people might not know about the behind the scenes activity.
hehe, I will have to go digging but I know we have some pictures from our first event ever somewhere, lol! its almost a completely different world on the other side of the table!
I just recently started watching your channel and am loving it! You are so informative and creative. This video is so helpful for people just starting out!
Thank you for this video. I have volunteered for many Pirate events, and your tornado story struck a chord. Back about 2011, at John Levique Pirate Days in John's Pass , Treasure Island, FL, a thunderstorm and a micro burst happened. I was literally holding a vendor's tent from blowing away...it lasted for 20 minutes! But I saved his booth. Watched vendor's EZ ups blow away. Outdoor vending is always a hot risk. Thanks for the advice!
I just "discovered" you guys. You're amazing! I started vending my (crappily at that time) handmade gemstone jewelry at a free event 4 years ago. I'm still learning. Thanks for helping with the learning curve. You both are adorable, btw!
Yvonne: I love your brain/creativity, I am a big fan. Great way to display your wares on the leather w/ eyelets and hair ties! I see your tray of rings and was thinking that you might be able to display the rings in the leather in a similar way by using the eyelets and a spool of thin round elastic. Take about 12 in elastic, do a half hitch around the ring, thread the elastic through the eyelet in the leather from the front to the back, tie a easy to undo knot in the thin elastic ends, pull the elastic all the way in the back until the ring is up at the eyelet. Benefits with using the thin elastic, people can still try it on with the elastic still on it because the elastic is so thin or you can untie it and let them try it on, (I know that there is that thin elastic also can be found with the little piece of metal on the end in a 't' shape that will prevent it from coming through the eyelet) it is on display in a way that cannot be stolen easily, as you said on the one you showed up, you will see the empty spots quicker. You are genius.
I love the advice, its awesome. I had a tiny store once upon a time and of course not much sold ( I think it was the location and the voidness of an over the store sign) We paid more for the rent than what we sold (I had a partner at the time) plus there was no bathroom and we had to go next door to use theirs and would get yelled at for doing so unless we bought something (which meant more profit down the drain) But I had my first old timey teddy bears, my papermache creations, tons of re-purposed items, like medallions made from old CD's or wind chimes from CD's and a few wire wrapped pieces, including beaded spiders, beaded trees and some jewelry. plus some outdoor items like the plate flowers or the bowling ball bugs and a few papermache outdoor items. The only things that sold the most where the plate flowers (which in all honesty I didn't make, someone else did and I gave her the money off of them) My store partner made candles, but she would just mix old candles with different smells into baby food jars and tried to sell those (she left the labels on) No one cared for those at all. Plus most would turn black due to all the colors she mixed in. I did suggest a way of doing it differently, but she was older and set in her ways. So I left her to do her own thing and I did mine. (there are photos on my Facebook showing some of the things that were in the store. some sold and I still have the rest packed away) The newer bears on my other Facebook page 'Lorehand Creations' are ones I love the most because I feel I got better at the bears and so far, no one does them like I do. Lets hope it stays that way. hahah Anyway there's my rant about my first store experience that put me off from selling anything. Now I just make things and sometimes I give them away and sometimes if I quote a price, people think I'm nuts and walk away. ( Friends are the worst (some), they feel they should get something for free and never think about the cost of the materials and time that went into making it. They always tell me I should just give it to them cause "We're Friends". I had that issue with the Deadpool Bear. Was told I should just give it to him cause we're friends. I told him after you pay me 300 for him then he's yours. He was shocked and told me I should just give it to him, since it was just a Teddy Bear, not special enough to pay 300 for it. hahaha Nope.) Anyway, Sorry for the long rant. I'll be going now.......have a great day.
thank you and i must say you make some beautiful jewelry loved the video on the elfish ear cuffs and the wire wrapped dragon eye earrings. please keep up the fine work you do and keep the videos coming.
Wow thanks so much, my hubby and I did a show or had a booth this last weekend..it was a biker event and I gave more away than I sold. It was mostly people we know well and are friends. But we made a little bit. I.m so excited that you did this video..this is something we both need to know more about. You two are awesome....thanks again...I have a million questions! Lol Also you will have money on the 1st for sharks tooth...John my husband does not know...it's a surprise for him he loved it! Said it reminded him of Game of Thrones, Again I feel terrible about keeping you waiting,,,not on purpose!! Won't happen again! I have so many clear glass cabs. what is the best kind of nail polish...I know about the S.H. Black Gel...I'm so intrigued with those eyes..can't wait to try them. I just don't wear polish all I have is clear. Anywhoo thanks for sharing so much and giving me the inspiration to keep going...love deb
I thoroughly enjoyed this VERY informative, fun video. I have learned so much from you over the last couple years and you certainly did not disappoint! You answered so many of my questions -- ones I didnt even know I had! This last fall was my very first craft show and it was a learning experience ---I did better than I thought I would. You two are so very generous with your time, videos and information... I cant thank you enough. You are a joy to listen to. Blessings to you from the Great Pacific Northwest, Lakewood, Washington.. StacysArtfulHeart
"It never hurts to be friendly!" Now THAT is an awesome motto!
:-P hehe
Throughly enjoyable. Great to hear Randy speak. Giggle! This video is so informative for those who haven't vended, yet. You've made me think about my days as a vendor. Ohhhh, so much work, but so much fun,and stories.
Right on! what did you vend?
Aww "It never hurts to be friendly" Love that girl!
WOW.......so much work.....cant tell you how impressed i am....not only do you have beautiful art pieces ......your booth is one as well.......i am a forever fan.......thanks for sharing
hehe, thanks Kristine!!
Loving the idea of zip ties for the gridwall! Those connectors are so cumberson! X( Thank you! :)
I love it when Randy is in your videos. You are such an adorable couple.
Yvonne, I knew I loved you when you mentioned that you had a "Nokia Brick", which is what I had for about 10 years LOLOLOL....... you rock, girl
i just found you last night via your chainmail and leather corset tutorials, you are fantastic. thank you so much for your time.
What The Forge that's how I found them about a week ago. yevonne (spelling?) is so sweet and helpful. and I have watched alot of her videos just trying to learn what things is want to try. I love crafting.. it keeps me sane and if I could turn it into a profit I think is be the happiest camper ever
hehe, thanks for your kindness, yall!! Crafting is a slippery slope of addiction, and I am an enabler :p
Blessings to you both 🙏

We decoupage over our styrofoam heads. They hold up so much better that way. Plus they look nice enough that people are always asking to buy our heads at events.
thats a great idea! you can make them so cool with different prints.
Nice job!
Right on!
You are so awesome Yvonne!! So down to earth, just plain lovely! I love learning from you!
Appreciate you both taking the time to give important, hands-on, info...sure appreciate you!
G
Sure thing, Gail! Its our pleasure to share, so thanks for watching!
Thanks!!
You guys are awesome! Thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge!
your pvc cut in half for bracelets is genius. lol thanks for the video.
hehe, thanks Jonell!
I feel like I've seen your set up before have you been the Hampton roads in Virginia or Baltimore?
I just started to laugh, Randy was eating something behind you, and when he finished, your big pup (white/black) he was just STARING at the bowl..he was really intense!! So funny, cute.....lol!! Beautiful dog too!
Thank you both for your kind nature!
Wow if I was to go on the road and sell some of my work...I leared alot on your video! Thanks.
right on! I am glad to be helpful!!
I'm dong my first Craft Fair in November with my paintings, Journal Covers and some jewelry. So I appreciate all your ideas and tips.
my wife and I enjoyed your video we have done three shows. we got a lot of good ideas to use in ours thank you for this and keep up the good work.
You two are so generous and adorable. I wish you tons more success! And I bow down to your superior talent!
Thank you.
Thank you, I am glad this was helpful to you! Good luck to you in all that you do :)
What a breath of fresh air!!! I wish I had an income that could support you... but until then know you guys are manna to me!❤️
both of you are such sweet people!
Don't give up on your dreams , It will get better! Love you guys
You two are so friendly and nice. Thank you for your honesty. It's most appreciated.
Right on!!
The struggle is so real, Wendy!
Thank you for such an in depth video. So informative!
Its my pleasure, Lita! Thanks for watching :)
Outstanding couple! Outstanding! Thank you!
You guys are so cute! I was totally entertained watching this video, but what great advice. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for this video I am hoping to use some of your ideas in the future. Your "shop" looked very inviting and I hope that you took very little home. Lovingly Lynne
Thank you, Lynne! We had a really great weekend so now we need to make more inventory for our next event!!
Heya, Kate! It sounds like you have your head in the right place and all that is left is to dive in!! :) Happy crafting, and good luck on the road!
That was another amazing LIVE! I love all your work and you have the sweetest personality! I just recently started doing some jewelry myself, I am soaking all this up like a sponge LOL.
wow the work you put into your shop, and its wonderful i wish you lots of luck, fantastic
hehe, thanks Nigel! It is definitely our passion.
Excelente todos sus trabajos!!! Ambos excelente equipo!!!!Gracias por compartir!!! Bendiciones!!!
OMG!!! The costume is incredible !!!!
Hey, Ida! Thank you for your support!!
You two are the best! Love you guys! Thanks for sharing and teaching!! Big Hugs!!
hehe, thanks Nicole!
You two are such an inspiration.. Thank you for this video, it really will help me as I was going to stop doing shows but now I will trudge on and make some changes..hugs from Canada..
Thank you, Deb!! Please don't give up, as long as you have that drive and it brings you joy, keep riding those waves and finding what works for you :)
Hahahaha! OMG!! You should do a cartoon comedy of your event horror stories!!! That would be sooo hilarious. I laughed so hard!!
LOL! That would be awesome!!
Love you guys!! Thank you so much for sharing your journey!
Thank you so much for this video. my husband and are starting our 2nd year. It does get better!
You two are an inspiration to my husband and I.
Thank you for the great video,And all the Detailed information On your setup.
hehe, that would be so cute! We haven't had any problems with them, the only downside regarding them is that we use so many that they are quite heavy!
Right on! You definitely seem to have the right attitude :) Good luck to you in all that you do!
I love your videos, thank you for being so generous with your knowledge.
You guys are wonderful. I am inspired!!! Truly appreciate you guys..... Go Teamwork!!
Love seeing this in process. Thanks,
You guys are so awesome, you are right into so much of what interests me!
wow 🤗 So great to have a fireside chat with you and Randy who is so integral to what you do.
Keep Going Strong, and I will Be Here to support y'all
Amo seu trabalho
Would love to see an update from you on your booth set up and experience 😍
Use pennies for the empty ring spots! My parents were in the antique business and that was how they kept track empty spots.
ooo, very clever!
What a great video! Fun stories helpful facts. Been there! You 2 are peas in a pod. Best of luck!
Still one of my fav vids.
Sonia.A
You two are so sincere and sweet
Great video! Love your display ideas and would love to "borrow" some of your shop ideas especially the display ideas for pendants (can you explain that a little more) and bracelets.
Oh my, that was exhausting just watching you guys. Your a great team. I didn't realize you did this for a living. Good thing you guys are young and strong! I hope you have good sales, it would be awful if it was a bust after all that work. Your work is beautiful. I'd think some stores would love to buy from you. Good luck!
It is really demoralizing when an event doesn't go well, for sure! I am so glad you like our work! :-) I am the luckiest duck to have Randy in my life; he completes and enhances everything I am and do
you guys are cool :) I like that fusion thingy you did towards the end. I remember that show
Omg, I laughed through this video.
Always be flexible and zip ties and binder clips are a must !!😊
I absolutely adore watching you two together. your personalities are fantastic.
Tudo que vc faz é lindíssimo
Lol, the struggle is real and its live and learn across the board :P Thank you for sharing your experience!!
its was long and winded, sorry about that.
would like to see a video of you 2 at a convention and what happens at them.
hehe, I will get some footage for you!!
thank you and i must say you make some beautiful jewelry loved the video on the elfish ear cuffs and the wire wrapped dragon eye earrings. please keep up the fine work you do and keep the videos coming.
I’m very happy for you 2 🤟🏻❤️💋
Wow thanks so much, my hubby and I did a show or had a booth this last weekend..it was a biker event and I gave more away than I sold. It was mostly people we know well and are friends. But we made a little bit. I.m so excited that you did this video..this is something we both need to know more about.
You two are awesome....thanks again...I have a million questions! Lol
Also you will have money on the 1st for sharks tooth...John my husband does not know...it's a surprise for him he loved it! Said it reminded him of Game of Thrones,
Again I feel terrible about keeping you waiting,,,not on purpose!!
Husband and i go thru thee same things... #soapmaker .. i think tht you and ur creations are soo awesome, thank you 4 sharing🙏🙇😇
I'm so glad to be helpful to you, Stacy! Thank you for your kindness!
