    7:40 am I think this really makes alot of sense as to listen to your body in this video. Example when she says, do I really feel hungry or do I need another cookie or do I just need a snack to hold me over

    I always ask those around me "are you hungry? What would you like?" Now to start asking myself and listening.

    Looking forward to listening to my body and have just started this and it is surprising that I am not always hungry but often thirsty so water always by my side now. I am enjoying my food and really need to not think I have to eat a meal at a certain time as I have done through habit for years.
