    I don't mind the cooking but I need recipes for single serving. Out of 7 of us in the house, I am the only one going to eat like this. Before you say it, I have tried making it and making them eat it and I end up throwing it out. I can't afford to do that so I just need to cook for me! Thanks

      We totally understand Kelli. We have so many members just like you who also cook for just one and we have tons of tricks to help navigate this! Our #1 tip is to choose recipes that you love so you can bulk cook them and enjoy them without having to cook for one (plus everyone else) from scratch daily. Do you mind leftovers for a few meals a week?

      Always make enough for 2 meals so you don’t get turned off cooking. What type of recipes are you looking for I do vegetarian for myself. I cook different for my husband

    I like hearing them talk about getting off of medicine, less pain.. still waiting to hear where recipes/support are..

      @@HomemadeMethod I just found out about your program recently. I have been working at it the last couple of weeks, not perfectly of course, but much better. Lost only 2 pounds so far, and feel a little more energy.
      Not sure if I'm doing it exactly right.
      I have seen other programs out there, but too many do's and don'ts, and I feel like they're in it for the profit. I feel like you are sincere and truly passionate about helping people .
      I only need to lose about 15 pounds or so. My main objective is to normalize blood pressure and if at all possible stop taking the pills.

The fact that you've lost weight, your feeling energized AND you're not feeling restricted (mindset!) means you are on the right track! We are passionate about helping women get healthy on their terms and we'd love to help you reach you lose 15 lbs, normalize your blood pressure and get off of those meds for life, not just for right now.
