- This salad are so full of flavor. I've turned a starter into a filling yet healthy main meal. I like to whip up this quick healthy salad when I am in the mood for a casual meal, which makes perfect for my lunch and tastes a lot fresher than takeaway too!
Ingredients for the salad:
A bunch of romaine lettuce (organic)
4 stalk scallions
200g of cherry tomatoes (organic)
2 avocadoes
250g shrimp large size
Ingredients for the sauce/dressing:
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of pure honey
2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup (organic)
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
