Once I discovered how easy it is to make, I couldn't stop making it! Incredibly fast and delicious!

This creamy salmon recipe has the most deliciously tender pan fried salmon. Coated in a thick and creamy garlic butter sauce with parmesan cheese is the weeknight dinner everyone raves about!
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets, skin off
420ml heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
50g grated parmesan cheese
5 tablespoon All-purpose flour
118ml vegetable stock
1 shallot, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Spinach leaves
A handful parsley leaves
