Easy and Healthy Salad! Avocadoes-Fruits Salad with Orange Sauce

- This salad makes a very beautiful presentation, leaving a lasting impression on both the eyes and the taste buds. Part of what makes this salad so delicious is because it's made from fresh veggies and fruits. The fresher the vegetables, the more nutrition and enzymes it generally contains.
Ingredients for the salad:
250 grams of cherry tomatoes {organic}
Half a bundle roughly chopped parsley leaves
A bundle of green leaf lettuce {organic}
A bundle of red leaf lettuce {organic}
2 apples
1 mango
2 avocadoes
1 orange
Ingredients for the orange sauce:
1 tablespoon stone ground or Dijon mustard {organic}
2 teaspoons freshly grated of orange zest
1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed of orange juice
2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons pure honey
1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Other ingredients:
1/3 cup of chopped walnuts {for garnish}
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese {for garnish}
Note: you can also make the orange sauce, in a mason jar, just simply add all the ingredients into a mason jar then shake to combined.
Store leftovers the sauce, refrigerated and bring to room temperature before serving!
