  • This salad recipe is can be made easily. I can't get enough of these delicious meal that's packed with omega-3 fatty acids and this meal can be rustled in no time!
    Ingredients for the salad:
    A bundle of romaine lettuce (organic)
    Red onion
    2 large oranges
    2 salmon fillets
    1 (400g) can of chickpeas beans
    Ingredients for the dressing:
    4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
    1 1/2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
    1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
    1 clove of garlic
    1/2 tablespoon of pure honey
    2 teaspoons of lemon juice
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Note:
    Special equipment
    I'm using an 8x8x2.5 inch square baking dish, but you can use any one available at home
