Excellent tut! Again learned things that I didn't know, so that will be useful to other types of animation as well. I love to add noise/grain as a final touch as well, I just think it actually makes it look more cinematic, I expected you to say that as well, haha...

The thing you're trying to make at 9:53 .
Add a 'Transform' Effect on to adjustment layer and use the Scale from there instead of the original Transform controls.
