I am an avid shooter for many years ,and shoot three gun matches ,plus have trained many people throughout the years. This team of instructors are among the best I’ve seen, I strongly recommend taking this course by them, it is extremely well done and will prepare you for something that I hope you will never need. Remember the instruction and practice regularly it can and will make you a survivor . Well done gentlemen..

I've been shooting for a really long time. 40 years to be exact. I learned more just from watching this video than anyone ever taught me. Training is vital. Never stop learning. Outstanding video. Thank you so much for this. I was immediately able to figure out stuff I've been doing wrong just by dry firing in my house.

This is such a great video! Thank you so much!Guns aren’t bad. People not knowing gun safety is bad. And he’s making it interesting and enjoyable. It’s not just a lecture or a “class”. He’s making it appealing to the viewer. Very awesome video man. Love it!

I am somewhat new to Handguns, taking an 8 hr CCW class on the 20th. I dont know for sure yet, but I feel confident that I learned more from this video than I will learn from the class. I will be looking into taking your course, hopefully this year. One more thing, I read each and ever comment before typing this and it's easy to tell that all of the negative ones are trolls. I think the cussing in the video makes the people in the class feel more at ease and less anxious. The flagging had its purposes as well. I look forward to taking this course myself and will recommend it to some family and friends who are also newer to firearms, and some who are veterans.

The class will likely teach you some of the legal stuff that you need to be aware of AND focus on safe handling. Not shot since last class to renew (6yrs) so I wasn't even sure if I wanted permit. So very happy I did as his wife showed much better hold technique than previous 2 classes & recommendation for weapon that many women LOVE. Wish I could get to further training ...

I don't have a lot of money. But this video makes it easy for me to train with dry fire. One of the things that was said never crossed my mind until watching this. Dry fire by racking the slide everytime isn't a great way to train. Maybe to learn your trigger but for reholstering no. Thanks so much again.

I've had a similar situation, having had surgeries on my right shoulder, and being right handed. I had to get somewhat proficient at drawing one handed with my left hand.
I bought a left handed AIWB holster and practiced as much as I normally would. While I didn't get nearly as proficient as I am with my right, I was much better than when I started.
I will toss that holster in my range bag and use it to practice with, though not as often as I should.

What I love about this training is comprised of a bunch of regular guys who some may have some training but do you know not everyone is either law enforcement military security whatever but say family Guys and such that are merely concerned about civility in good communities. And you know it does take the pressure off of the powers-that-be so to speak in times of unrest like now.

One disagreement! Every gun fight there IS a reload. If you only use two rounds to stop the Threat, you ALWAYS RELOAD and put a fresh mag in, ALWAYS! Yes the first threat may of only took two rounds, but his buddy 20 yards away may take every round in the mag to stop! Always reload!

Thanks for sharing. If i may point out one thing i strongly disagree in is pointing a gun aimlessly even if you know it to be 100% fake / toy. Specially when you also have a real one within reach. You could easily make a mistake. I feel that treating anything you pickup that resembles a firearm to be treated as such toy or otherwise. Thus never having to remember different rules for different devices. I work in a chemical plant and i teach and preach to everyone that no matter what you know, open that valve as if there was pressure and or a very dangerous chemical thus ensuing that no matter what you will never make that mistake.

I have to agree with his way of ensuring a good wrist lock is the key to recoil mitigation. I saw a friend of mine single hand and limp wristed fired my Glock G 45 and stove piped the ejecting round. Most would have though that impossible. Just so you all know I immediately cleared and TOOK MY PISTOL OUT OF MY FREINDS HANDS .

I have to comment on his interpretations of a press check. In the daylight with any weapon this is done in his fashion. The only disagreement I have with this practice is it takes up so much time after load or reload. Granted it is important to know if the weapon is loaded. I however prefer to use my ejection lever as a check day or night. You can visually check to determine if the is a cartridge in the chamber and pull your finger across the lever to feel the lever out of the slide.
