A little back story about the Demi Lovato song Dancing With The Devil: The music video is a recreation of the night Demi overdosed on heroine that was laced with fentanyl, when her assistant (at the time) found Demi she was lifeless. Demi had almost no pulse and she had three strokes and a heart attack, they are lucky to be alive. She lost her peripheral vision and can't drive anymore because of that. Demi was raped by her drug dealer and left to die, the clothes she's wearing are very similar to the ones she wore the night she overdosed. The survivor tattoo is covering the scar from the dialysis port that Demi had to have, while she was recovering. Demi has an entire documentary about all of this that I strongly suggest that you watch because it explains everything. The song Anyone (watch the lyric video if you react to this song) was written and recorded three days before Demi OD, it was a cry for help but no one knew that at the time. Demi is lucky to be alive, she's been clean and sober (again) for a little over a year now I think. Before she overdosed she had been clean and sober for six years. But like I said watch the Dancing With The Devil documentary Demi explains everything, you don't have to do a reaction to it you should watch it though. As a recovering addict, this song & video hit me extremely hard. I’ve been clean for 7 years now, thank God, but I know I’m only one bad decision away from going right back. I’m glad Demi survived! I’ve known so many people that weren’t as fortunate. My son’s father was the closest person to me that passed away from an OD. Addiction is a terrible & often misunderstood disease. To anyone suffering from it: you’re not alone & please ask for help! ❤
I’m so sorry about your loss dude, I lost one of my oldest friends a few years back to a heroin OD, my older brother found her in the upstairs hallway of his shared house she was only 19 at the time I’d first met her when she was 11 and I was 13. She was the sweetest kid n the planet with the most gentle gorgeous soul I’d ever had the pleasure of meeting and knowing. People tend to demonise those who have/had problems with addiction but they are no less human the the average human walking the street. Loved your reaction dude. Rest east to all those who sadly lost their battles

I’m so sorry about your friend. I work with individuals that have substance use and mental health issues, it’s definitely difficult. I see a lot of fatal overdoses due to fentanyl being laced in even marijuana :( that’s why I really respect Demi Lovato for putting out the awareness of this topic so everyone can know there is help and hope for the future.

I cried when I first watched the video cuz I literally saw myself in it.. it's horrible to almost lose your life and I'm glad she was able to move forward from this horrible event.
I am so very sorry to hear about your friend, I knew a couple people in college one person in particular who was very much going down the wrong path. I have no idea what happen to this person but I hope to god the they the help they needed and deserved. Great reaction BTW this is a VERY difficult song to listen to and the music video is VERY difficult to watch. NOT all of Demi's songs are this heavy they have a lot of really good ones, their new album Holy Fvck is freaking amazing.

Her dealer ra*** her that night and left her for dead… everything she’s been through is awful. I’m so glad she’s in a good place and is happy she deserves all the good things
I’m so sorry about your friend had the same thing happen to me with someone I loved very much they had only been out of rehab for like a month or so then something happened then that was it they overdosed on heroin. Death is bad but losing someone from an overdose hits different that’s just my opinion through my grief but again I’m sorry🥺💚 Thank you for doing this reaction!

That's not the sound of a ventilator, it's the sound of the machine that is connected through her neck. As you can see it has blood in both tubes and it's cleaning her blood. A true survivor. Alcohol is a drug, so is nicotine, and they can all kill you.
