@@ezequielvillalba8037 no hice repeticiones aveces las hago seguida.. De la mitad solo hice doce y de las demas hice el doble y ya venia de hacer otras rutinas .. Y asi hago todo junto termino bien cansado y descanso poco entre ejercicios

That is the most amazing excerccises I have ever seen, you can't learn in a gym in one day, like you just demostrated.
Of course not. But he doesn't says so. There are many & long time efforts to achieve it, which can been seen from his body. He is just telling the viewers the exercises by which stomach fat can be reduced. It is not a one day game. It requires long patience.

@@kankashow3136 Трудно объяснить тебе.Советую посмотрет ролики у разных ютуберов про это,там лучше объяснять,а я не такой супер человек чтоб сказать тебе всё и правилно сказать без всяких ошибок.Сказу предложение.У меня он появ за пол 3 недели,я делал раз следующих 30 минут в каждый час до 9 часов"ночи"с началом 10 часов утра. (У каждого по разному и времени может появ прес,сказу одно,всё дело в ГеНаХ).
