Any exercise that involves a pelvic tilt will work lower abs. If there is no tilt you are absolutely NOT working lower abs. Plain and simple.

I have been teying these exercises for the last one week but no improvement. I stopped eatimg raw rice food indtead taking one cup of red rice , 4 egg wgites only plus night time i eat low oil 2 wheat dosa , anf doing these exercises rigorously but still my stomacj is not reducing 😢😂. Love handles is there 😢😢😢
