    I haven’t workout at 4am in a while. I used to love that feeling of taking on the whole day knowing that I’ve already trained. It was also a good feeling when you seen people absolutely dysfunctional at 7am and youve already been up for 3 hours battling some demons. Warrior instincts

      How did it feel in the evening though? Were you sleepy at around 7-8pm?

    • @aaronm2283
      @aaronm2283 Рік тому +27

      Yes when I first started doing it, very tired, I’ll even finish work sometimes at 5pm-6pm and sit on the couch and pass out with no recall on going to sleep in the first place. But over time you get used to it, and your body adapts . I’m normally in bed by 10 pm, it’s around 8pm I’ll put down my phone, do some house chores etc. Routine is also important because if your not consistent with times you can find yourself at starting phase ie tiredness or fatigue, when it comes to getting up at 4 or going to bed at certain time.

      @@ph-vf5hx l got 3 kids and I started my own transport business so I lack on time in the day, so it’s suits me to get up 1 hour earlier to get one in. People don’t understand how fulfilling it is to wake up early and get shit done. Once you do it, it becomes a habit. Even if you simply wake up to do a few stretches, and an ab workout. It builds discipline. Not only discipline, but good habits. That good habit leads to another, which leads to another, and then leads to another. It all compounds

      I'm with you on that. Everyone is different but I find that doing your workout later during the day allows you to shower then eat a massive meal & just go to sleep. Nutrients + sleep = recovery💪

    That's the good stuff! Man, when I was in the Navy, I despised those early-morning command pt sessions. But now, I love getting up early for a quick kettlebell circuit/30min run. Hell, it's about the only time I get for myself.

    That's what I like about being in the Marine Corps you had PT at 05 the ncos would smoke check the platoon for about 45 minutes to an hour and then take an hour to go get cleaned up get yourself some child and get back to the shop that physical training that you did in the morning makes you feel so good throughout the rest of the day I mean other Marines and other military that work like that don't know what I'm talking about.
