    I’ve done a few Pilates videos here and there, and I’m definitely still a beginner, but this video was challenging in all the right ways. And Raven, you are a really fun teacher! I actually had fun throughout this video. I feel like I’m usually just thinking about how difficult or painful it is, but not with you. That’s probably why I’ve struggled to stay consistent with pilates, but you brought really great energy to this session. I’m looking forward to more 😊

    I’m a postpartum mom and it was my first time doing one of your workouts and I have to say I really enjoyed it. When it was finished I wanted to keep going 😂 15 minutes goes by so quick. Definitely will be back for more!

    You brought me back to 12-16 year old me in my favorite dance classes doing core strengthening exercises before heading into our actual choreography.     Thank you so much Raven. I was so intimidated to even try a beginner class and thought I wouldn’t even be able to do 15 mins.. it was definitely challenging but I did it and after 15 mins I was like … that’s it? It flew by!

    Is it possible to tone your body with these pilates videos only? Or do you have to combine it with weightlifting in the gym?

      If you're just looking to tone, absolutely. If you want to bulk up or gain bigger muscles, then you have to do progressive overload & lift weights

      I’ve always heard that only doing Pilates will give you results but if you add some light weight training you’ll see much better quicker results

    Raven thank you so much for this. Its my first time really working out except for walking since i started working from home 2 years ago. This workout was amazing. Althought i couldnt quite keep up for the elbow to knee exercise, I plan on continuing to try it until I can. Thank you!!!!!
