I actually had fun throughout this video. I feel like I’m usually just thinking about how difficult or painful it is, but not with you. That’s probably why I’ve struggled to stay consistent with pilates, but you brought really great energy to this session. I’m looking forward to more 😊

Raven thank you so much for this. Its my first time really working out except for walking since i started working from home 2 years ago. This workout was amazing. Althought i couldnt quite keep up for the elbow to knee exercise, I plan on continuing to try it until I can. Thank you!!!!!

Is it possible to tone your body with these pilates videos only? Or do you have to combine it with weightlifting in the gym?
If you're just looking to tone, absolutely. If you want to bulk up or gain bigger muscles, then you have to do progressive overload & lift weights
I’ve always heard that only doing Pilates will give you results but if you add some light weight training you’ll see much better quicker results
