I have an on and off relationship with exercise. I get consistent and then I fall off the wagon. Over and over. Trying something new with pilates this time and I've been doing your workouts for about 3 weeks, most days of the week. I can feel I've worked during and after and I can already start to feel the difference in capability and mindset. Had I watched this a few weeks ago, I wouldn't believe I'd be able to do it. But I did it! I really enjoy your workouts and your personality and commentary makes it manageable, enjoyable and makes me feel like I'm getting it right with the reminders on holding myself properly etc. I'm back to looking forward to exercising, finally. Thank you!
I got eleven minutes in and had to stop! Im going to keep trying until i can complete the video. This has been the most helpful video and has really improved my form! I also find it a lot less stressful without the timer. Thank you a lot!!

I also appreciate your visual cues and check ins with the body. I suffer from lower back pain and my back tries to take overin place of my hip flexors and core sometimes. You really get me to be in tuned with my body and maintain good posture. You're amazing, girly. Also your personality really shines through and it's part of what keeps me coming back to your videos ❤

Right! I’m a new plant mom also 🪴 I have 3 plants as of now since the beginning of the year. I had 4 but my cactus died 😔 I love cactus plants but I think I keep over watering them. Smh! I’m going to get a new one & try again 🤞🏾

Beginners to me = easy 🤷🏾♀️ This was not that! 🤣 That was extremely hard for me as a beginner but I stuck with it! Even though everything in me wanted to quit 10 mins in 😮💨😅 I feel accomplished & I plan to do a nice walk sometime today. The move at 21:07 hurts the hip that is on the mat, like I’m pushing on my hipbone too much when I move my leg :( anyone know why? Is my mat too thin? Am I doing it wrong? I have wide hips so this type of exercise is often so uncomfortable
