I am 64 years young and I am pleased to say I could do this whole workout except for the downward facing dog sequence which I did against a wall. Thank you Raven!
I'm also 64, made it through, but thought, "This is beginner?" OMG! Tricep pushups on knees and could not get down all the way, did the best I could. I love knowing a fellow over 60 woman is working out, like me, at home. Good luck!

I’ve been doing these videos multiple times a week and I’ve never been so excited to workout. I love that I can feel my body working. She does a great job at explaining what I need to be doing and uses metaphors!! I can totally envision what she’s trying to get us to do
I just started to get into pilates as a challenge and low impact workout form and GIRL ive been a track athlete, basketball athlete along with other sporta…but this by far wprks everything all at once. Ive only ever started pilates with raven and im so elated she is part of my routine now. Heres to doing workouts that dont destroy my muscles & joints. Thank you raven!! i seriously love this work out and do it multiple times a week! amazing full body burn and one of the only classes i've done that i get a serious ab workout that doesn't kill my neck!

I've been doing Pilates reformer classes for a minute and I had surgery and I took a month off from my studio to rest and I've been doing these videos with Raven the goofy instructor that has me laughing and crying at the same time lol Thank you so much for being yourself! It was exactly what I needed. I've been telling all of friends about it! It burns more than some of my 50 minutes Pilates classes I have.
I fell off for a month and this was the perfect workout to jump back in. I love a longer workout, can’t wait to try the new challenge!
