One is known for being the 2nd best comp climber from the Czech Republic, the other is less know, but almost just as strong. Martin and Štěpán Stráník grew up in the Czech Republic with a father who loved to climb and passed on his fascination with the sport to his two sons. Decades later it is now their turn to balance their obsession for the sport with their roles as husband and father, which requires the same problems of balance that the boulders of Fontainebleau pose each climber that decides to come to the leafy forests, south of Paris.
Regardless and these challenges, the tick list of these two brothers is a thing of beauty...

There is one thing i don't like about these two brothers. If they are setting up routes or climbing at gym, they don't smile much. In opposite, if you meet Adam Ondra, he is shining positive energy with his smile all around. Greetings from Brno!
Not everyone is like that, perhaps they're just not so open but it doesn't mean they're not as good people. It's about personality, some genetics too. I'm also not smiling to everyone, it's not natural for me, I prefer to climb myself without much talking.
