Dave advice is truely really good. When he mentiones that he remembered the moves from 10 years ago, it reminds me of top chess players remembering exact board positions from games they played 10/15 years back. It just shows that if you wanna become a great athlete, you really need to constantly engage your mind rather than be passive or give not though to it.
Dave has a wealth of experience to share that is very valuable. Nutrition just ain’t one of them, he’s the classic example of someone who claims to be scientific, yet distorts data and cherry picks studies to fit his narrative. The overall body of scientific evidence on nutrition for long term health benefits points in the opposite direction of where Dave is heading.

Plant-based diets have been strongly tied to a reduction in CVD incidence. In contrast, animal food consumption may increase CVD risk." Edit: he deleted his comment!

Yes, please provide some more info, even in summary - i.e. what's Dave claiming, and what's the body of evidence pointing to?
you said alot of nothing
don't give these kind of percentages without research. its just a guess on their end lol.
its just a title for a video
they also mention it in the video as well. either way it's bs and clickbait garbage.@@mcdoonaldsmanager8706
