- Had the pleasure of being able to invite Kai Greene down to RT FIT before we opened the doors to the public. Unbelievable experience to have a legend of our sport in the facility. Who else do you think we should have down next?

Im a singer, and what Kai was saying about the hissing is a warmup technique for voice instructors. It helps to warm up the diaphragm and allows us to hold our air for longer notes. Really cool to see that applynin this as well.
The way Kai was reppin those 45kgs whilst having a very calm conversation was quite impressive
I thought the same 😂bro did 15 reps holding a convo whilst repping 45kg… he deffo could move them 80s for a few if he wanted to

Love Kai, guys a gem. Think my first experience of him was watching a video of him in this tiny wee dingey kitchen frying chicken breasts, full hoody on, sweating his pan in, chatting away. Came across as a really nice, down too earth dude, and nothing I've seen in the 10 years since have changed that.
I remember those too. I think those were the 'A Day in the Life' vids by Mike Pulcinella. Kai really worked for his place in this sport.

I luckily got the chance to see Kai guest pose here in New Zealand back in 2013 during his offseason. His legs literally made no sense. There's an image from that guest posing where one of our few pros is hitting a back double beside Kai and the size difference is ridiculous. Also when Kai guest posed you know you were getting your money's worth. A true great.

Amazing place Ryan, it puts many a high tech gym in the States to shame, you'll have people coming from miles around to train there. I'm gonna have to haul my arse in gear and get back to it as it's on my doorstep.
