@@DonTeniente the point of lokis decoy is to cause maximum distraction like a blow up doll decoy. Not only that it’s a teleportation point. So you can summon it away from you switch spots with it and so on. Helps you get to hard to reach places too.
His Decoy aspect should just be more leaned into. Give him his conclave equivalent, using his weapon. His 4 should just be his Augmented version, Or better make hit enemies Specter´s like you said. Switch teleport is great, Immortality with augment, movespeed, it´s alright. They should really lean into Radiation with him. If the Switch pushed X-Amount Radiation procs scaling with duration, that would be cool. ESPECIALLY since you can use it on Eximus.
Or maybe create a bunch of decoys that mjve around and attack to comfuse the enemies even more kinda like the Luminus in Duviri except they can't deal sny damag, making the enemies shoot and melee essentially the air.
@@indogene there’s the helminth system honestly, just switch it with abilities you feel will fit him from other warframes. His 4 abilities honestly synergies well. Not a lot of people realize that with range you can use his decoy as a teleportation point. So let’s say you want to get through past enemies while invisible range and duration are your friends with loki. Then his 4th radial disarm makes the enemies just prone to your melee abilities you just one shot them because of invisibility bonus. EZPZ.
Switch teleport with Safeguard Switch augment might be the most broken thing in the game as it grants you 15 seconds of invulnerability and around 80% movement speed (depends on dur and str) Loki's Decoy with Damage Decoy augment literally breaks the mobs AI and stunlocks them in the place, plus forcing 5 random procs on enemies that hit it, priming it for you. (Whats important about it - it works on demolysts and acolytes) Invis is invis, GODLIKE. His ultimate is meh, I actually agree that it's terrible and practically does nothing so it's a good slot for subsumed ability, personally using Nourish and Wrathful Advance for Gunplay/Melee
Out of 1200 hrs on warframe since 2014, 36% of that is strictly on Loki. I wouldn't change anything on him except adding to his passive. Increased wall cling, AND do 10% more damage per stack on enemies affected by radiation. Radial disarm is his weakest ability because in most cases it's not a need. Radial disarm at the same time could be a crutch for players that don't have the dmg or mods to survive. RadDisarm could at base add 7-9 rad stacks on affected enemies. Power strength will affect how many more you can have, but the minimum stack application will be 3 so as to retain build variety. Other than that, Loki needs no changes. If anything I'd say buff the base stats on his abilities a bit. The speed from swtele is awesome when compared with infested mobility
I think radial disarm is fine. It's extremely useful in high levels and remains useful no matter the level. I just wish they made an exception for this ability when it comes to overguard. I think that would be very fair because the Eximuses are still a threat even when they don't have guns.
I think that a new passive would be great for him, like bonus damage to enemies who are not targeting him, makes sense inside his kit and helps with damage
He is one of the best survival wf in the game. And somehow everyone forget him. I think maybe the reason is his name.loki! Back to his day, at the beginning of game, there is not many weapon can deal with hardmode, and his skill almost no buff to damage output, almost do no damage skill, and his invisible skill is far shorter than ash. Ash can armor strip but loki cant! But not now, helmith can help alot, augment skill help alot, weapon help alot. So all we( I) need is survival skill, crowd control skill and.loki is the king of both😊
After playing loki for a little bit i would say change the passive and 4th ability. I would have the passive some sort of buff to loki to enemies drawn in by his 1 and 4. For the 4th i would have it similar to mirage ultimate from apex legends but with a twist. How this would work is multiple loki clones run out in different directions. If enemy shots his clone, the enemy a long with enemies in said radius of the clone get one of three random effects: vortex that sucks in people, a stunned/vulnerable state and having enemies permanently attack other enemies until everything is dead. I want his 4th to just cause chaos and confusion but the effects could be different. That just my thoughts on it tho.
Loki disarm summoning "illusory" pools of elements, or switch tp being aoe so a bunch of enemies switch with each other and then get long rad proc to attack each other cuz confused would be cool I think
I am a simple man. I just run him with duration, parkour velocity, Warcry(w/aug) subsume and the Magistar. You go around in easy mode as an speedy invisible nuke.
I'm that one Loki main, and I think his kit is more than enough to do things, and sure you can go goblin mode by CC-ing the hell out of the room, but I myself can't deny that it gets boring at times Here are some things that I think could make him more engaging to play: His passive should be changed, maybe turn an enemy into lesser decoys (melee decoys with enemies' weapons) for a brief period of time after being killed under the effect of confusion/radiation or something 1. Decoy, should be able to move, attack (just like Wukong's), and mirror casted abilities (except invis) with highly diminished stats for both attack and mirrored abilities 2. A damage bonus to anyone not targeting you, uf made into its own multiplier like Vauban's passive for CC'ed enemies, can scale some things to awesome levels with even a value of 25%.
I feel like they should make him kinda stalker-esque in duviri. Keep invis, give gim the teleport finisher, maybe have his 4th like a timed buff, every enemy you stealth kill or finisher gives you a big aoe when its done, or melee dmg boost or something. I think he should be THE finisher melee frame.
Problem is there are too many frames illusions are nyx chaos or revenant enthrols kullervo has a crit buff on his teleport ash and voruna have crit buffs on there invis new things being unique to him are not easy
To be honest, after 5 years of playing this warframe i can say that his biggest issue for me is that you cant play him in a team, in this meta your 1 is useless in a team because by the time enemies get to it so you can use 4 with irradiating disarm, the mesa/saryn in your team has already cleared the whole map. With this being said, if by some witchery a DE employee sees this, dont interpret this as "loki needs to deal damage", make him a better trickster P.S. : i hate the full damage meta
As a Loki main i agree with you. As it is now i use Nezha's subsume ability instead of teleport. It is nothing crazy but it spreads fire armor striping and crowd controlling enemies. An ability that will not be a standalone but will synergize with his 1 and 2 would be nice.
That's what powercreep does. Gives everyone a fried mindset about any frame that doesn't do good damage/nuke/or have a cheese ability just sucks. Most old frames do need some changes to each base kit ability but nobody needs a total rework.

I used to love seeing my buddy just be invisible, running around killing everything while I struggled for my life because they were all targeting me.

i feel like having the decoy move would mess up a lot of things for his defensive capabilities especially in steel path.
