*FRC /Z06 C5's rear fenders ARE slightly different from convertibles! Most don't realize it though....the area by the rear halo (spot between rear window and side window)
Yes, very slight difference. I had to trim the quarter In that spot. I have a hard time figuring out how to speak to this stupid little camera without rambling too much 😂 have to pick and choose how much or little detail to get into. Still learning lol. Thanks for the comment!
So funny I stumbled across this video...I'm doing almost the same exact thing to mine that I bought back in 2007 ... have a buncha stuff done on it but I was always saying for years that I was always going to Twin Turbo it and now I'm doing a full custom rear mount TT setup with Precision PT6766s and just been droppin money into the parts over the last year and getting the best of everything... fully forged motor with all the best bottom end parts and changed it over to a 6.3L 383ci Stroker ... I'd love to pick your brain sometime about the details of your build and the ups and downs you've had and I'd especially like to talk to you about how you mentioned in the beginning that yours was originally a vert (as mine is too) and after calling around a thousand places and a hundred emails, I finally found a Corvette salvage place that has a ZO6 ROOF available and I just have to order it from them so I'd really love to talk to ya and get all the details about the process you had to go through in making it work bc I've been dyinggg to change over to a hard top basically since I bought mine back in 07' so please hit me back if/when ya can bro and I'll shoot ya an email or somethin..something... Thanks!... and awesome vette and work obviously! 👍👍

Looks and sounds great. I'm going the pre-fabbed route, having first scored a $1,200 deal on a used LPE kit (for no other reason than the price was awesome - I was almost done with my SC build otherwise) and have since delved into turbo options and lucked into a Huron kit with every option minus turbos themselves for just $3,800. How could I not!? See my problem? So I'm getting some work done for that setup and ordering a different cam. Any more vids on the outcome with yours here? I'm hip deep in Haltech from my SC project to I'll be finishing that and welding in a lot of extra bungs for the manifolds so I can expand easily later if I choose to.
Definitely some to come as the car is now on the holley! I haven't had the time to get into putting the videos together thats all. Only so much time in the day, and lately its been spent elsewhere haha. soon!

How did you make the x max work with the trans. I spoke with Holley and they said it won’t work
Car is manual, only reason I got the "max" was for the drive by wire.
