Preach. I was so in control of my life when I had full self-discipline. It's extremely hard to reach/maintain with depression. About 6 years ago I had to stop due to school taking up my life & now I can barely take care of myself. Fitness-wise, combing back is WAY HARDER than getting there for the first time. I WILL regain my self-discipline though.
This is by far one of the "BEST" stress relievers out there(Stretching) and really makes a difference in your overall health when combined with proper dieting! Great video!👏🏾👏🏾👌🏾👍🏾

This is one of the best morning stretches I have come across. Been doing this 5 days a week for over a month now and I can say I feel a bit more flexible in that a few stretches that I wasn’t able to accomplish on the first week I now can do them. Only thing I do differently is that I do a 1 min plank after . And I can say I see the results where my body has become abit more toned and defined. Please do more stretches 😀

Morning Toni. You'd be surprised at how many folks replied to me of my weight loss , gallon of water, veg's & nuts meals! Anyway the weight is slowly come off & I feel better; & today is the first time I'm trying the 20 min full body stretch routine. I had to stop at 11 mins & 27 secs to catch my breath! Remember I have Spinal Issues, vertebrae problem with neck & so forth. But once I finish I will try the 10 minutes jump rope without the rope, just to move my best with you. To The Fam...others reply to one of my post on Toni's clips early from Jan, till now! With my issues I decided to eat, look better! Please don't let a Calendar of a Year determine when it's time to get into shape. Anyway Thanks Toni, I will (try) to do this daily other than The Elliptical. All of The Fam, Toni...hang in there!
