Gale didnt mess up the cook. Walter wanted Jesse working with him again so he made it seem like Gale was messing up which he wasnt. An excuse to get Jesse back mainly so he can keep him close with him and also he does like him.

One of the great storytelling elements of Breaking Bad is how they give you little glimpses of the future or the past in the cold open. They started in the very first episode where they showed you Walter panicked in the middle of the road in his underwear, and they revert back to that technique from time to time. I don't think I realized that fact when I watched Billions since that started long after Breaking Bad had finished its run.
Hank didn't leave the parking lot as the phone call informed him that people are coming for him, cause if he'd drive away that time, that doesn't mean they couldn't get him in his house, or kill someone from his family later, so he decided to deal with them right there when he had prep time to think of how he could kill the twins. It also nicely plays into his character, he is a warrior who doesn't just back away when facing the danger.
Everyone always yells HANK LEAVE WHY ARE YOU NOT LEAVING and in that minute he does exactly that he’s nervous scared and freezing but realizes I gotta deal with this now this is my only chance

The two of them have bumbled through every step of the situation and only been kept alive bc of the quality of their meth. Gale was a perfect nearly zero risk investment for gus. Walt realized, after Jesse's threat, that there's only 2 ways to deal with him 1) bring him back in, make him a partner so he's equally involved and would be cutting his own throat; or 2) take him out and remove the problem
Gus is behind everything. He created a distraction at the hospital by bringing food for everyone. This allowed Mike to take care of the injured twin and ensure he didn't survive to tell the Cartel about Gus' order. Gus also then arranged to ensure "Leonel" the cargel guy was set up and killed in Mexico. What Gus said to Walter was "I'm told the other assasin is gravely injured, it's doubtful he'll live".
it's because Jesse is the protagonist and Walter in the antagonist. Walter is probably the most insidious villain ever. as bad as it is to fall under the spell this show weaves and try to sympathize with Walter that is what makes this show a masterpiece. Walter gets inside people and infects them, ruins them, for his own personal gain and satisfaction. everyone.
I don't see many other viewers who got that Walter was the villain. It drove me crazy to see the majority of viewers rooting for Walter and seeing him as some sort of flawed hero. He destroyed pretty much everyone who crossed his path.
@@kimberlytyda3575 if you believe a certain way, people's reactions can be very telling about the fallen state of the world and society around us. more and more lately i see these shows - as well produced and compelling as they are - celebrating evil, perverting beauty, corrupting the innocent, and defiling the sacred. and i don't mean specific to things being anti religion i mean these stories being against goodness itself, sacredness itself etc.

Yes Hank beating Jesse was wrong. But that phone call about his wife made things PERSONAL. And it is directly linked to the situation he was in with Jesse the RV and the blue meth. He KNOWS it was just to get him away from the RV. Which would spook anyone. That's why he was yelling "who are you working for?!" when he was hitting Jesse because they knew his wife's name. Something big is going on and he can feel it. Hank's instinct is rare and can be a very good but also very bad thing.
It feels very to good to do something great, and then have the person who taught you that tell you that you did good... The relationship with Walter and Jesse is so rich at this point, even though it's toxic. No puns intended... Hank!
Bad guys need to learn to kill their target when they get the chance. It doesn't matter if it's an easy kill, we don't need to hear them monologue about their plans and they don't need to keep the hero alive to watch all their friends die first. I'm so tired of this trope. The audience already knows whats going to happen, we've seen it a million times before. Oh and Hank could have escaped easily by just driving away instead of sitting there unarmed like an idiot.
If Gale can replicate Walters cook, Gustavo no longer needs Walter. Also brining Jessie back resolved the issue of Ha KS assault charges being dropped.
People always say ‘what is he doing’ when he doesn’t back out and leave but when you think of Hank, he is a man of action. His instinct is to confront danger as an agent and a man. He don’t run. I would’ve backed out quicker than a 250lb tinder date.
This hasn't even started escalating yet. The two of you are going to have to take tranquilizers to finish this series. The writers of this TV show where just absolutely mind-blower. 👀
Teachers dont "give" F's. Students like Jesse unfotunately earn them. Drawing pics on his tests instead of filling in the answers. Can't BELIEVE Hank sat in that car!
Lol I remember Gustavo was in Do the Right Thing. Lol. “You stepped on my sneakers”. “Why there no black people on the wall”. Lol. Gustavo always been wild.
Love your reviews, ya'll! But you missed something here. Gale is a pro chemist, he didn't goof up. Walt deliberately got rid of Gale so he could be replaced by Jessie. Now Jessie works for Walt again and is easier to control/less of a problem. Walt is THE Master Manipulator!
That warning call was most likely from Gustavo Fring. The Cartel was far more at a threat to his business than one rogue DEA agent and he managed to take out both threats in the process.
Gale was doing a fine job. He purposely made him f--k up so he had an excuse to get rid of him, and so he can get Jesse to drop his charges against Hank.
yea but they did sweep things under the rug by not showing that part of the interaction. with what we were shown Jessie was dead-set against working with him again and Walt basically wins him over by admitting his meth is as good. tenuous at best, if he then would've said "btw in exchange for this 1.5M you can't file charges against my BIL" it should be obvious that the offer is again just about him covering his own ass. guess they could've used Saul to come up with excuses as neutral 3rd party of why they don't want the attention, but then Gus also just agreeing to dropping Gale for Jessie while they were planning on replacing Walt and no doubt knowing that DEA is on to Jessie? a little iffy.
Ok kids! Since you've seen the entire series, just go ahead and preview the rest of the series and edit and post 'em all. When you FINALLY get through with the remainder of the episodes and get them posted, YOU MUST, YOU MUST watch and react to " El Camino" This is a 2 hour movie/follow-up to the series, showing how the whole ending played out for Jesse after the end of Walter. People always say ‘what is he doing’ when he doesn’t back out and leave but when you think of Hank, he is a man of action. His instinct is to confront danger as an agent and a man. He don’t run. I would’ve backed out quicker than a 250lb tinder date.
And if he ran, they could’ve trailed him. Which means they would follow him home. He doesn’t want to lead them to Marie
20:42 that laugh LMAO
Made my Sunday night
Hey, Thanks Justin!!!
that was gustavo who called hank to give him a chance to maybe get the brothers out the way and then tie up loose ends in mexico
Lol I remember Gustavo was in Do the Right Thing. Lol. “You stepped on my sneakers”. “Why there no black people on the wall”. Lol. Gustavo always been wild.
He's also in Trading Places, the jail scene.
Loved seeing you last night on the Poppies. 🤙
Hey Eric! We loved it, appreciate you letting us know! Thanks 😊
Some form of Santeria is what they are practicing with the pictures and candles.
Ive seen that figure before, is it purely a cartel thing?
La familia es todo.
😊I NEED "MORE" B B!!😊
Oh shoot! The Cleaner!! The Cleaner took out the Twin with no legs!
Aaron Paul is so great in this show. He deserved all 3 of those Emmy awards!
I love watchin' y'all lovin' this.
One of the best shows ever created in my op! Nice reaction.
Seen y'all at the Poppy Awards. Nice presentation. 😉
Hey, Thanks for letting us know you saw us! It was so much fun! Thanks ☺️
Gustavo was the voice of warning on the phone.
Just saw your Monty Python and the holy Grail video and I never laughed so hard in my life
I was waiting for this! 😊
Hope you'll do the next one soon! ❤
Ok kids! Since you've seen the entire series, just go ahead and preview the rest of the series and edit and post 'em all. Like I said, I've seen the whole series numerous times, but it is SO much fun seeing you two react to it.
When you FINALLY get through with the remainder of the episodes and get them posted, YOU MUST, YOU MUST watch and react to " El Camino"
This is a 2 hour movie/follow-up to the series, showing how the whole ending played out for Jesse after the end of Walter.
Let's DO THIS!! ✌️🤣🎬❤️
You’re too funny, lol! Btw we watched El Camino 🤫 so we think It’ll premiere after series! Thanks
And it only keeps getting more intense. I wish I could watch this show for the first time again
Can't wait for you guys to get to S4, Ep 6
Walt is now deeper in debt to Gustavo than ever before
This is where the show goes from great to incredible, you guys are so lucky to not have to wait a week for the next episode. Once the show ended I wished I had waited. There’s no other show I’m aware of that was perfection from beginning to end, there’s usually at least one bad season or a good show has a not so good finale but Br Ba is pure gold
its true, season 3 was its turning point and when the show became a mega hit.
Absolutely
I still wanna kno what's n the f-ing case Tarantino said he left it up to the viewers imagination
I love your BB reactions.
I also think the reason Hank stayed in the parking lot was because in case the call was real, the people trying to kill him probably would have followed him and he didn’t want to endanger Marie or his coworkers by going home or to the station
My favorite episode!!!!!!! 7!!!!!!!!
when y'all get around to watching LOTR: The Return Of The King make sure y'all watch the extended cut because they cut the best scene out of the movie in the theatrical version 😖
Hey, we watched it (extended) so it’s in editing! You can expect premiere on YT by end of this week ☺️
hector was making a point, that kid wanted his brother to die, so he pushed his face under and asked him if this is wat he really wanted.
I think Gu,s or someone that works for Gus, called Hank to warn him.
Voodoo? BJ got me lmao. 😂No Brother, unlike the guy in the song these hombres DO practice Santeria!
I love watching tv with yall
Great reaction guys ❤️
This is the best show I have ever seen all I will say is expect the unexpected just when you think you got it figured out 😂 no no no!
Been waiting for this since the last one, keep it up much love
4:29 Santa Muerte
It’s nice seeing two drug manufacturers come together in agreement.
Gale is a genius he know what he's doing Walter was just nit picking trying to get Gale out the way to have Jesse back.
Asia is very pretty and I love her sense of humour not forgetting her lovely eyes 👀
