This is a really good show and it’s a roller coaster of emotions. This show is not afraid to kill off main characters which keeps you guessing and they aren’t afraid to get dark.
One thing I will say, is that the show eventually gets VERY slow. But it took years for me to realize why… it isn't really a zombie apocalypse show. It's a “life after the zombie apocalypse” show. Very full of in-depth storytelling and very entertaining with that perspective in mind

So good to see another walking dead reaction! I was beginning to run out of ones to watch… regardless, this is an amazing show. It does get VERY slow but once you get through the slog it picks right back up again. I’ve never watched a show that made me feel so many different emotions, many times even within the same episode!! That horse ain't nothing to sneeze at :P A horse is a good idea for several reasons - don't have to worry about fuel, it's got grass to eat everywhere. Much faster than zombies. I am sure he found a saddle, etc, there where he found the horse. They'd be very likely to have gear there as well. This is not a spoiler because it’s not mentioned in the show but Rick was in the hospital for 59 days 2 months which does explain why the flowers died and why the Zombie Apocalypse already started.
A couple of spoiler free things. Rick was in the hospital for roughly a month. In The Walking Dead's universe there is no concept of a "zombie" like we have. Basically George A. Romero and John A. Russo weren't around to make Night of the Living Dead so there's no pop culture version of zombies.
I enjoyed all the seasons. Yes, people leave their keys in the car out in the country. If there are multiple drivers they are always there. Bit different with key fobs. I leave it in the truck, but people have to grab it when they go to town to lock the vehicle. Then they forget it's in their pocket. So you have to hunt down the fobs. Taking a key out of the ignition and putting them back, is easier than remembering you have a key fob in your pocket. Easy subscribe for me. You are going to enjoy this!

It's a 1/2 mile road before getting to my house. I have 7 dogs here, no one is sneaking up on me nor my vehicles. Slower pace of life here compared to cities. Although, I enjoyed the Atlanta area when I lived there. Different way of life.

Welcome to the best show on TV imo! It's 11 seasons but worth the watch! The characters and their survival and keeping their humanity is what the show is about. Y'all about to pull the whole TWD fandom to your channel if you commit to the full 11 seasons. Covid kinda ruined everything cause it was supposed to be 12 seasons, and if you disect the last 6 episodes of season 10 and the bonus 8 episodes of Season 11, it adds up to a 14 episode season on its own, so it really is 12 seasons worth basically 😂

I don’t care to much about the zombies but im obsessed with how society collapses and humans are forced to go back to the basics of living life. No money, no jobs, no government. You get the point. True freedom in my eyes. That’s why I love the show but it also has a amazing story to. I want to say more but I don’t want to spoil anything. Stick it out, yall will love it I swear.

I don’t care to much about the zombies but im obsessed with how society collapses and humans are forced to go back to the basics of living life. No money, no jobs, no government. You get the point. True freedom in my eyes. That’s why I love the show but it also has a amazing story to. I want to say more but I don’t want to spoil anything. Stick it out, yall will love it I swear.
