How to eliminate odors from your closet! Odors such as cigarette odors, pet odors and musty odors. Background story: My husband and I just recently bought a house and got married. We love our new home! When we bought the house we did not smell anything... but after living there for a few weeks we noticed our clothes and home smelled like cigarette smoke. We have never smoked in our lives! We started doing some investing and figured out that all of the closets in our house were the culprit. 8 closets total. I did some research online and tried some easy solutions like wash the walls with vinegar water, but nothing seemed to work. The best solution that worked for us was painting the closets with a paint called Rust-Oleum Advanced Synthetic Shellac Primer! Painting our closets with Rust-Oleum Advanced Synthetic Shellac Primer worked for us and I have faith it will for you too!!! Odors no more!
