I love it when consumers stand up for their rights. They get away with too much.
This story was bullshit.
You have to push hard at all times, these carriers are the absolute worst. they staff every department with filipinos and indians, you can barely understand them, you have to push and push, demand to speak to a manager. Expect the line to be "accidentally disconnected" more than once. They're evil.
@@mattblah7737 that is the truth!!! i hope t mobile goes out of business
@@gabriellerumbolo7429 I agree with you 100%, I hope that T-Mobile goes out of business and I hope they stay out of business. Because this is what you're trying to do. They are trying to rip off people unless their goal is to make sure they can make a profit off of people like me and you. That's why we need to basically band together form a lawsuit and put that company out of business! Because this is not right I mean T-Mobile should not have ripped off a whole bunch of people including myself. So as of right now my friend you're the only one that makes me understand when I'm going through and what the other customers are going through. It won't be long before the Federal trade commission and others find out about this and hopefully they can put a stop to it. And once they put a stop to it everything will be okay and hopefully we'll get something done and we'll probably get something that we deserve. Because I can tell you this much right now this is not going to look good. But just to give you the heads up as soon as I get through it paying all these bills off and pay the remaining balance off for the smartwatch and the phone I'm done with it I am no longer going to do business with these people. It is uncalled for and it's not right. And I think somebody should go in there and give them a piece of their mind about what they're doing to people. It is not right. That is not good practice. And it's unprofessional!

This promotion was very real, just not with the plan they were on. The store they went to was ignorant. That text was sent by mistake, this news story leaves out that T-Mobile sent out a correction less than 48 hours later. That being said, TMO should have definitely fixed this for her instantly, period. They don't give tier 1 reps the power to do so, so you have to escalate the issue.
You have to be careful with T-Mobile "free" phone deals. The girl at the place told us that they had free phones, expect for the taxes and activation fee. So we asked how much we would have to pay that day. The lady told us that it would be $636 for the "free" phone. I knew it would be some kind of scam tike time i walked into the store. The girl could never explain how the phone went from free to $636. Her only explanation was taxes and fees. We walked out and let them keep their free phone. 😡
Yep, that’s how they & other big, corporate, wireless carriers get unsuspecting & unaware people. “Free phones” & carrier deals to get your phone for cheaper are _all_ scams.
It’s *_always better_* to purchase phones factory unlocked _directly_ from phone manufacturers. It may be more expensive doing so upfront, but it’s worth it in the long run. *You’ll* be the one in control.
And don’t even think about buying a carrier unlocked phone from a carrier, & think that it’ll work the same as a factory unlocked phone, because they’re _really not_ unlocked like they claim.
I just almost got scammed as well! They found a way to give a free phone, charge you taxes and fees about $32 dollars a month. This should end up in court.
Are you dumb? You realize taxes have to be paid on anything right?
I had the same thing happened no tracking no phone. I payed shipping and tax
They got me. It’s insane how much I ended up paying
Got me too! There should be thousands of replies on this. Please speak up people. You all deserve to be heard, so more can be aware. Who deserves to be ripped off?
Me too :'(
Class action suit
That's right I think we all need to start standing up for our rights and I think what else needs to be done? I think the T-Mobile needs to go straight out of business and I think that somebody needs to buy them out. Because look this is ridiculous. I mean this is not something you dream about but what I'm saying is it's not right. People are going to get hurt and that's exactly what happened to me over the last 5 years I got ripped off myself. And the reason why I got ripped off myself was simple most of that was my fault I should have checked things out before I went ahead and did what I did. I made the mistakes and now I'm going to have to live with it. But as of right now I think it is about time that every customer of T-Mobile senior or not need to stand up and start writing to the Federal trade commission and basically our politicians because we are getting tired of this and we are not going to take it anymore. This is not right and this is wrong! That's why I do believe that T-Mobile needs to go out of business and stay out. Because they have no business selling phones to people basically who don't know what they're getting into before they sell the phone. And the same thing goes with the smart watches the tablets and all that good garbage. We need to check these things out before we go in there and sign up for service. Because when we sign up for service we're the ones they're going to get ripped off by that company. And that's what happened to me over the last 5 years. And besides that I had no clue to what's going on. Well now I know. So basically what needs to be done is I think that I may be a disgruntled customer but I'm going to go in there is calm and cool and collective and I'm going to basically speak my mind about what they're doing to people if need be I will get my relative one of my brothers to go in there and really lay the law down on them. Because this kind of nonsense is irrepresentable uncalled for and totally out of character! That is why I say, we need to basically put T-Mobile out of business and put it into this as soon as possible and get back the money that we're responsible for. We didn't pay these companies to rip us off. But that's exactly what happened with t-mobile. They ripped us off now they need to answer for it and they need to pay for it. And they need to pay every single customer the money that they ripped us off for. Because this is not going to do us any good. Because what they're doing is they're putting us in debt by doing that!
@@ceuser3555 yes a class action suit would do the trick. Hopefully this will send T-Mobile a message. Don't mess with the customer. It just doesn't work that way.
@@ceuser3555Let's do a class action suit!! I'll join with no problem
I remember when this happened. T-Mobile sent out the wrong promo offer by mistake. In our case T-Mobile ended up giving customers the free line anyways by manually applying a free promo on the backend. Sometimes they gave a $10 line if they were on a $60 2 line plan like this lady was.
THEY TOLD ME A FREE PHONE!
FOR 50 A MONTH TO START!
IM WITH ATT NOW
It’s not possible to manually apply a free line promo.
Any good T-Mobile rep (in store or not) would know that 55 and military plans do not qualify for free AAL promos, since those plans are already discounted. They would also know that 55 plans also have a maximum of 2 lines (or 4 lines for the new MAX plans) otherwise they would be moved to the regular rate plan. That is why their bill jumped so much.
i love u. im a manager at tmo and this is the best explanation
100% true! But why did she get the text?
I work for T-mobile, and it should be common sense that the BOGO AAL does NOT work on discounted plans by any means.
That being said, that principle should negate everything (till T-mobile says otherwise), despite the text message.
gaadaam this comment was helpfulllll
True but u can still get 3rd lines on the 55 promotions now idk if it was different back then
They should make a horror movie about customers dealing with T-Mobile service. I went through my own horror story for six months before it was resolved in a way that could have been done from the very start. What good is it to have a good product if your customer service is so inept and believe me, it is inept?
My feelings exactly!
Wow I'm going through a really bad experience with t-mobile right now. Reading your comment it is true it's a horror movie that I'm living. I wish this horror movie can end soon. I wish you can help us what you did to scape or what action you did to be solved this nightmare.
I think the free line depends on the plan she's on as you can see her plan is Unlimited 55 3L and she already have existing 3 lines so adding a line is already a cost maybe if she switched her plan to a 4 line plan that'll work
I’m never going back to T-Mobile. I’m glad I left that service.
Omg I JUST called today about this offer. The first rep was super confused. I called back later to get more info and maybe order a new device for the line. Luckily the 2nd rep told me if I accepted the free line I would lose all my current promotions, if I did that my bill would jump from $55 to $85 somethng
Exactly how they are scamming people, they tried to charge me $32 a month in taxes and fees. With a 2 year contract, I got out of it by returning the phone and canceling the free lines under buyers remorse.
@@solracsalinasmvp Solution, don’t buy a phone or a car. Just walk and explore.
How on Earth are you only paying $55 for your phone? I'm paying $175 for two phones and we don't have anything fancy.
@@taylorbug9 They are probally on age 55 and up plan or they are on military plan.
I work for ATT&T and I gotta say. Tmobile didn't make mistakes like this before the new CEO took over. Also. We have promotions like that too but in order to qualify you have to be on a unlimited plan. The reps didn't understand the terms of the promo when she came in. This happens all the time. Far from the first one but she was able to make enough noise.
Yeah they have made big mistakes in the past , even under John L.... Tmobile's main concern is to turn a profit. When you go up in t their stores, they're main concern is to sell you something. If they see they can't make a sell, they loose interest in dealing with you and act like you are wasting their time. Customer service is NOT Tmobile STRONG POINT!!!

Yea the plan she is on didn’t qualify for it. And she needed to have one line first. I work there.
so is it better to go with tmoblie or at&t like honest opinion
@@planetwill that honestly depends on the coverage in your area. Att&t is going to be more expensive and they don't include taxes and fees in the price. But if you can't get coverage with T-Mobile then att
I ALWAYS call t-mobile customer service at night. Why, because I do NOT want to reach the US call center. They are all about NO. However, Their nighttime calls go to, ta-da... The Philipines. I have NEVER hung up without a suitable resolution to the issue. Their whole approach to serving a customer is one of partnership. They have been knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and have been willing to listen and found solutions. Give them a try. I think you'll never deal with the US call center again.
That’s a whole lie. T-Mobile’s customer care is based in your area or somewhere near. They don’t have you connect with anyone who doesn’t speak English unless that is your preference. Dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone and it’ll connect you.
@@fueledbybrian Your programming as a trumpanzee has relieved you of manners and awarded you with remarkable resilience to facts. They speak English fluently, nearly to a person, In the Philipines. In fact, English is the most spoken language on the planet. Anyway, Americans close down shop at night. Then, the call center in the P.I. takes the calls. Maybe there may be some US reps, but I never talked to one in the middle of the night. TM is a German company, btw. They are in 12+ countries and have service reaching 210 countries. Each one of those has a significant English-speaking population (not native, but 2nd or later language) so having call centers staffed by English speakers increase the chance they can help most of their customers.
I'm with you on that one. I specifically call very late because they seem friendlier and more eager and bend over backwards to help find a resolution. I will say the US call centers are generally more knowledgeable but the Phillipines call centers are more eager to help if they could. Thats been my experience.
My point exactly. It doesn't hurt that I respect them. People really come across negatively when you get support in another country. Bi have had great luck.@@asianstud7
I’ve actually also had great experiences with the after hours line. I think they have locations in India and some other countries
Shocked, shocked that T-Mobile "No strings attached" offer had strings attached.
Why be shocked? We all know they don't care. Apple made this country anti-consumer, anti-repair, and anti-american.
Don't be shocked, be outraged!!!
Only it didn’t.
Well, not that shocked
That is why that when you sign up for a cell phone company service like that from a TNT or others they're okay. But when it comes to T-Mobile they're not. Basically most of those offers do not come with strings attached basically they tell you the stuff is free but it's not. That's why they tried to get me to sign up for a tablet I refuse because I know it was going to be a rip off. But thank God that's one reason why I'm leaving T-Mobile because I've already been ripped off. That's not nice and that's why they need to be sued heavily for ripping off their customers. And I'm one of the customers they ripped off.
@@darth_kal-el that's why I see a lawsuit in T-Mobile's future. Because I can tell you this much right now that lady and her husband they both got burned. They were taken! So I hope that a class action lawsuit would basically do the trick and I hope this gets a whole lot of media attention. That's right I hope it gets a lot of media attention. Because I can tell you this much right now, T-Mobile needs to clean up their act. Failure to do that and they're going to lose customers. Well they just lost me as of this weekend. Because I'm getting sick and tired of it. I don't like to be taken for a ride. Especially when it comes to basically making a profit off of somebody who is disabled. That is just uncalled for and very reckless! So I do think that they lawsuit would pretty well be inevitable. Because somebody needs to explain this whole matter. Not only do they need to explain it to the feds but they all need to explain it to the Federal trade commission. Because there's no excuse for this at all!
I would need that in writing
Free never means free
i heard of a Tmobile scam where they offer you $400 on your old phone and tell you to either mail your old phone or take it to tmobile store. a friend of mine mailed his and later got an email from tmobile that the phone has problems, water damage etc and gave him a $50 credit on a perfectly good phone. Beware of this scam. don't mail your phone take it to a Tmobile store.
they did the same thing to me and they made me pay $190
I'm actually preparing to sue T-Mobile. Not for this issue, but something far more insane and ridiculous. It's literally caused me so much stress I am getting chest pains for the first time in my life. I've never seen any company operate how they do, and I've dealt with some bad ones.

Sounds like a mistake to me. Poor communication from the sales rep’s end. That doesn’t make the company bad. The sales rep’s clearly don’t know what they’re doing.
It's not a communication error. Every single phone company does this almost constantly. They always have some b******* deal out that's actually a lie.
If T mobile hired these sales reps then aren't they responsible for what they do? Was it up to the rep to make this lady whole, or was that up to T mobile? Does it make them bad that they still have not made her whole? Still gotta pay ten bucks for the line that was supposed to be free? They're not bad huh? Guess it's up to interpretation. Looks bad to me.
it’s not the reps fault it’s the texts fault tmobile should have made it free automatically
Well there's other people in the comment section claiming the same thing happened to them, and I'm a witness myself of a similar occurrence. T-mobile has a TV frequent ad offering a "free" Samsung galaxy S23 in exchange of an older Samsung galaxy phone of any year, any condition. When I call to get one they tell me that my phone is too old for the promotion, that i have to pay for the new one. Still, the TV ads continues and T-mobile says they don't know about it.
I payed for a phone. I still haven’t seen it
They did the same thing to me and my mom. They went as far as saying it won't charge this been going on for years. What they did is charge the other lines more money the same amount you would pay for another line it is not free at all they should stop that. We were promise by words and believe them. I don't trust their commercial or online offers.
They will do this for anyone. I know how they are with as long as the customer don't ask they don't tell. I feel it is a pressure sales wording.
T-mibile did one better to my wife and I . We traded our phones in on a promo , one note 20s in mint condition , plus $400.00 towards cost of new phones . T-mobile credited our account 5 dollars . 3 months we have called trying to get this sorted out . Absolutely no one in the customer service side has been able to fix this, and the store location will not show us the original agreement they signed us up for . Even went as far as to tell us they are not allowed to print the agreement for us . Then, after showing our call records to the center , the sales rep says we have to call to get it sorted . I'm done with T-mobile. We've been with them years , but its over . T-mobile is company that takes no responsibility and has a policy of hiding account information .
Who is going through this problem and want to do something about it because I am tired and there is strength in numbers.
This is classic TMobile. Ever since we were forced to move from Sprint to TMobile, they have continually tried to increase our bill or overcharge us each month. What they hope is that you will get frustrated and just pay it.
Then add the fact that they seriously throttle you service. I can't make phone calks or vica versa or rarely can I use my data. Then when you call to complain, they try to upsell you to a really expensive phone or convince you if you had a more expensive plan the problem would be solved. Why would I pay more when their current service is not working? It was fine for years with Sprint.
The only time I get some help is the several times I reported them to the FCC. So, if everyone would just report them, maybe the FCC will finally get it and fine TMobile and make them start using fair business practices. It was a bad choice to let TMobile take over Sprint FCC!
You get throttled on MAX?
I had something similar happen to me.
This is one of the reasons *_why_* it’s _better_ to buy factory unlocked phones directly from phone manufacturers than it is to buy either carrier locked or carrier unlocked phones. You’re in more control & can get any plans you want without any restrictions, like with MVNO’s.
The big carriers such as AT&T, Verizon & T-Mobile? They don’t have anyone’s best interests at heart, they only want your money & try to lure you in with their so-called “free” deals & cheaper contract deals to keep you locked in.
T-Mobil is horrible for other issues too! They jerked me around for two months. The store and the “help line”.
Seems like T-Mobile does this a lot with similar things!
They scammed me too! When I signed up they told me it was $10 a month for a year, and im paying $70-80!
Something similar happened to me and my mom. A while back they were offering a free galaxy watch and you just pay for the line. The customer service representative assured me the watch would be free. Well when the bill came the next month of course the watch wasn't free and they charged me the watch and the line. A few months later my mom went to the t-mobile store they told her they were having a promotion for a free apple watch. Of course that watch was also not free. I'm gonna call t-mobile to see what the heck is going on.
This is why I don't take any free things from phone company as long its not sign on paper that guarantees is free
I'm going through the same thing they offered me a free phone and I'm paying $300 for it
I’m going thru that right now they are the worst
The 55+ program is very specific and it only takes a few minutes to scroll down and read about the program: the store associates were dead wrong for gassing that lady head up and that’s the problem. Most of the time people are so focused on getting new line activations that they forget it’s attached to a paying customer at the end of the day. If you mess up you have to fix it.
Well who fixes it , i have only gotten the run around and issue unresolved. I did not sign up to have to fight for something i wouldn't have gotten if it weren't offered out of the blue, i didn't ask about the offer, i was told about it. Why tell me if i tell u I'm on a budget and my bill cannot be over the expected. 3 times i said that. The application i signed certainly stated 3td line free... Unfortunately i wasn't given a copy , and the one online isn't saying what i read or was told.. sooo what do i do. I'm too old to do this every month. Seniors don't want this hassle. Why are they doing us poor old souls like this.
@@burlenevickrex3801 how long have you had the 3rd line? What kind of device is it? Is it still being financed or has it been locked into month to month pricing? You can go to the store you got it from and have them pull up the information for you. Typically the only way to get rid of a line is to cancel it but unfortunately the contractual agreements are still going to apply. Stores will typically try to give you the run around but there are a few tricks that most employees don’t want you to know. I will continue with scenarios.
Scenario 1) Your device is locked in a month to month contract. Your “free line” has passed its introductory pricing and they are charging you full price for both the line and the rental charge of the device. From this point you can request they call customer care and go through cancellations to return the phone and close out the line. Please ensure that the device is returned to them (in the same store you got it from, or by mail via a return kit) Request the cancellation is FUTURE DATED otherwise they will charge you proration fees and your bill will skyrocket as a result.
Scenario 3) worst case scenario. You get to the store and have the sales person access your account and the inform you that the device still has almost 2 years on it. They’ve already misled you and jacked up your plan at this point so it would be a great time to find a corrective action. Request that they call customer Escalations. Let them know that you were misled about the sale and the salesperson disregarded your finances as a senior and that you can no longer afford the expensive plan and additional device. Threaten to change providers unless the escalation team can offer you bill credits or a reasonably affordable resolution. If customer escalations or the salesperson are unwilling to help AND YOU ARE ADAMANT ABOUT LEAVING THE COMPANY demand that the salesperson give you your account number and pin so when you do end up switching providers you can keep your phone number. Most times the new company will already have 55+ plans available AND in most cases they are willing to pay off the monies owed to your previous company when you switch (please be mindful that it may be paid in part or in total but everything has a time limit so it would be best to confirm with the new company before making the switch)
I hope this helps and wish you the best of luck with your plan. Stay safe and take care!
Omg something similar happend to me and my mom!

If you watch the reps adding up and quoting your savings , you will see the online signing will not let the rep include discounts and promos not eligible . It simply will not take the entry. That's proof to me they are setting up senior citizens . I switched from cricket for promises of a 20 percent discount and a 3rd line free. Had only been interested in 2 lines at 70 . The rep said i could get 3rd line free and the application accepted it.. I've had to call every month and tell them it's not what i signed up for. If i wasn't getting 3rd line free i should have been told i wasn't eligible for it or discount. They claim cricket isn't a carrier that is within the bracket of "free line or discount". Have they ever said in an ad for us seniors who can't know these things and who trust someone to tell us since we have more than once stated we cannot sign up or switch if our bill is going to be more than our budget allows. I stated this 3 times before signing and the application existed without being rejected as eligible. They can blame miscommunication all they want but TMobile is becoming a seniors worst nitemare by baiting us and trapping us and not helping us receive what we signed up for.. if u sign for one thing and don't get it, it seems to me the contract and phones ur paying off are no longer your responsibility to pay for. Seniors shouldn't have to pay for something they didn't sign for and weren't explained. We are old but that doesn't mean we should be T-Mobiles preyed upon and exploited customers. A company who uses fraud to gain the unknowingly innocent who don't understand the fine lines , isn't a company's money tree. Such disrespect is uncalled for abuse to the elderly in our nation . There should be a law preventing miscommunication abuse and blame .. it's wrong.
Any advertisements mention “no strings attach” 🏃🏿♂️
Same thing happened to me. I sued them in small claims court to get my money back and I won.
T Mobile wants me to pay off my new iPhone 13 they just sold me through Sprint. It’s a T-Mobile phone on the T-Mobile network with a T-Mobile SIM card. I upgraded through T-Mobile but I guess it was financed from Sprint but Sprint is now T-Mobile so it shouldn’t be an issue, but it is! So they want me to pay $629 for my T-Mobile phone so I can move it from T-Mobile to T-Mobile.
Makes sense, huh?
Are you still having issues?
I don’t blame you for being pissed 😡
You should have asked the representative a supervisor and escalate the concern over to the BUSINESS Support.. They would hear your side, the call recordings, the memos on the account, and if proven that it was a clear misinformations then they can have it situated by BUSINESS SUPPORT..
Yeah, but that's if you can somehow get a rep in America and not INDIA
@@kevinh6692 TMO business support is US based. Call center reps are 10% US, the rest are based out of the Philippines. That being said, business support can't and won't work on consumer accounts anyway.
I need help this is something similar so what I’m going through. But in my case they are now saying my trade in phone has been forfeited due to a line cancellation, which customer service said it was fine to cancel. So now, the trade in phone (850-1000) street value is gone and I have to pay the new phones straight out of pocket. Someone help 🥺
I just went to T-Mobile as a former Sprint customer and did 2 lines under the 55+ plan. They offered the free line also. I had no use for it so I passed. I think the employees don't know this as my sales rep seemed like he knew what he was doing.
They did it to me as well , i took the free line tho but ended getting billed for it. Then when i asked about why its not free they didnt know what i was talking about.
I just had the same situation with T-Mobile literally like down 100
I am watching this after 8.5 hours with customer support, T-Mobile never takes responsibility. They seem to not care at all.
I'm getting charged for the hotspot 50.00 per month and the line for the "Alcatel" even though I'm not using either one and told them so for months. Yes I'm filing and changing carriers.
Are you a T-Mobile user? Have you been on the carrier for over a year? If yes we can easily help get you a promotional offer from 200 to 500. Contact me. My name is also my email
They charged me $147 for the free lifeline tablet.
Same here

you cant get the 3rd line free with the 55+ discount
So, there's a scam happening on text messages.
I might switch back to consumer cellular. Called t mobile to get another phone. The girl said she will have to get it approved and call me back in 3 days. What the? Been a week and no call back.

Us cellular did just like it, they said free phone and charge little by little.
I was offered over and over again all these different plans and I said NO thank you I'm keeping the one I got the first day I came and became a part of T-Mobile now one thing's for sure you have the best customer service and I will be talking to them soon but don't you dare try to change my plan without me agreeing and I guarantee you these many years I don't expect to be ripped off
Good ole T-Maybe. Maybe you get a signal, maybe you don’t.
Actually TMobile has been pretty fair to most customers all along. She’s accepted their offer because she knows that somewhere she misunderstood.
The problem is that she has the wrong replan when she was offered the promotion she has a grandfather plan the representatives and stores filter change of plan that’s the misconception
Same thing happening to me now. Offered free phone and 3 premium streaming sites. Received a text message from Tmobile and they are trying to charge me for the phone and the streaming sites are not offered on my plan which is the 55+. I file report with the FCC and will also be filing with Consumer Complaints. They should not get away with this scam.
Sounds like she was lied to
That's how they get you

i filled out a form for a "free" phone and table i had to pay 10 bucks for and i never got a phone or a tablet
They should have read the small print. The sales rep wasn’t doing their job either. Sounds too good to be safe.
It sucks to hear cause they have actually been cool gd with me so it sucks to hear someone else getting bit
How much are new phones
I don’t fall for the “free” phone offers lol at phone companies
I love the free Tuesday offers in the app but the “free” phone lol nothing in life is free
Remember kids
Well i got a Free Samsung galaxy S21 for Free with trade in of my galaxy 9 and i dont pay a dime for the S21 at all from T-mobile so it is Free to me
lol i got free phones last year when i switched carriers. there were no strings attached.
So the 3rd day of being a customer for T-Mobile I feel like T-Mobile uh falsely advertise the wrong information they told me that the phone was free and it wasn't it told me if I had an existing number or assistant Carrier And I did I was with metro Baltimore and I had no problem with metro by T-Mobile soon as I switch to T-Mobile T-Mobile charging $270 for 2 lines
I'm still paying for 2 "free" watches and 2 number on thisw watches that never worked
Something similar is happening to me.
How can I get ahold of you please I have been scammed went to every place including
I've had a line added to my account twice without my permission that I was charged for!! My daughter's phone was unable to receive messages, make/receive calls from most numbers or have web access access. They were unable to resolve my issues for almost a year until finally I left!

For some odd reason my June bill was paid by someone other than me? I don't want to be penalized for something I had nothing to do with. I hope I don't get charged later.

METRO HAD THE SAME OFFER FOR A FREE LINE FOR LIFE ONLY IF YOU UPGRADED AND USED THE OLD PHONE FOR THE FREE LINE
That's good that they did something to reconcile this, but the customer still had to take the time to jump through all these hoops to get it to happen.
Seems like they count on most people just saying "Oh Well..." and going along with the new price.
Tell me about it I pay the phone completely telling the phone is free that I was going to get it like a credit to my bill then I didn’t get and then T-Mobile send it on collection for a phone that I paid so they had nothing to send on collection
Those sales rep wanted to make a sale, the customer service Dept get to handle the customer after that.
T-Mobile IS DREADFULLLLLLLLLLLLLL
I have a frustrated case. I wanna die t mobile add a line into my account and they don’t allow me to Jaír calls into my regular account semoane was. Tracking my call when I get the new phone they gime me a used phone I paid 900 for that what I can do ???
That’s the representatives fault for not pointing out that the already discounted accounts can’t have three lines
Sue them
T mobile is the worst. I went in for the senior plain and they put me in a different plain and will not fix it. the two phone were to be free and after I received my bill I find I am being charged for the phones. I have called the company gone in to the store and no one know what to do about it. I am paying more now than I was before. I need to get away from t mobile
