I agree it can be frustrating, man. Dealerships don’t get the same money from warranty fixes, so it sucks to have to get them to try and fix it quickly. You’re right about bugging them. I had a similar issue in 2016, I got corporate involved and bam… my truck was fixed. Good luck to ya!
It seems that I have a fee issues. The funny thing is the more I talk to people it turns out they have the same issues. I guess more people need to tell Ford vs try and fix these issue's themselves so these so called Ford Engineers can come up with fixes under warranty 🙂
The Compass in my F150 XL is froze on North. And the communications is sometimes intermittent. Dealer said the communication module behind the back seat is bad and they have a new one on order. I have no idea when they will get it.
Thank you for letting me know as I believe the more people talk about the issues they're having and also reporting them to Ford the better we'll all be in the end. I'll have to check my compass as I haven't gone too far to keep checking it.
I do like my truck, just need these few things fixed. I did see some issues with Tundra's but I would say Toyota is acting quickly to fix them which is good. 🙂
@@canadiantruckguy363 if ford is truly your first truck then get used to going to the service center alot. Ford built not to last. Ford and reliability/longevity don't belong in the same sentence. But keep making videos of all your headaches with your Ford. So we don't have to go through it.
This is my first truck, hopefully not my last. The plan is to keep making videos while I have it even if they're good or bad. My main reason for doing videos is to help other people or ask for help from other people on anything truck-related.
@@tomjohnson8737 That's complete BS. I have two personal F150s here on the farm and we have a fleet of them for our family business and the open pit mine. We have had zero issues with our trucks other than a couple door locks that froze up after freezing rain.......... a known problem that was fixed in one day by our dealership. You seem to ignore all the issues with the new Tundra, like turbo wastegate problems, terrible fit and finish on the door panels, an annoying whistling sound originiating from the rear passenger windows and my all time favourite.......... the wheels literally falling off at least one Tundra with less than 3k miles. My F150s have been such great trucks, particularly the 3.5 Ecoboost, that I have a Powerboost arriving in the next month.
Glad you're listening to Dua Lipa!!
You know me well

Damn, you got a lemon good sir

So your truck has been at the dealer for two weeks? Or are you taking it there over and over? Great montage
My truck has been at the dealership about 11 times now. One time for a week and one time for 2 weeks. Still have not fixed any of my issues yet. 😔
@@canadiantruckguy363 well I sure hope the updates they have in store work out.
Thank you, I hope they help everyone as I hear it will take 8-10hrs to update when they finally release it.

Should have gotten a tundra.
