thanks for mentioning the friends'dropping' I'm an introvert and I really can't give my time anymore to friends who merely stress me out or give me nothing in return for giving up my alone time, indeed as an introvert you crave intellectual authentic meetings but also being able to be silly but if it is only stress you get you have to make the hard choice, love your video's, grateful for you Dr Taylor

      My dear Nadine,
I, too, am an introvert (an extreme one). I spend about 90% of my time alone in my head.

Sleep and stress are the challenging S's for me. Lol.
Especially with everything going on in our world today.
Isn't cortisol the main stress hormone?
I will not allow my cell phone to rule me. It really does not bring me much joy.
I enjoy your weekly videos here and a few others, but I am definately not on here as much anymore.
    Great video Dr. Taylor.
    Thank you for the information.

Yes, cortisol is the main stress hormone (which I discuss in this video). But all the Ss affect cortisol.

Great topics covered here. All of these need consideration. No one knows I'm an introvert as I don't fit the stereotype. I only bring my phone out of the house to play music or to connect with someone. My alarm is very cute nibbles on my ear and transforms into my exercise partner, and I'm not nice in the morning. We have a lovely community space with a beautiful.kitchen and people are always around so I get social interaction without leaving the house and thankfully we have cool neighbors. It's not terribly difficult for me to avoid alcohol. Thank you again for this very necessary and enjoyable education.

Thank you Dr Barbie, I can see how symptoms of perimenopause and menopause contribute to the 4 s, and why, in your earlier video, you explain that if women do nothing to assist them at this time of life it can cause problems, including Alzheimer's. Grazie tunti 🙏😘 I love learning from you 🤗

Wow, I just poured out my heart and hit the wrong key erasing it all!!How long to get an appt after answering questions? I don't know if I can even answer the questions. I need to be put back on the straight and narrow but it is almost too late. I am an extrovert who has become alone, afraid, and no longer care even though I have lots of caring people around me. I am letting alcohol into the picture to close the last door. I am 72 and find it hard to care.

Excellent! Thank you! I learn and am committed to your videos every single week!!!! Achieving good sound sleep & true social connections & Wow, actually reducing stress, was a
Loooooooooong difficult complex process for me (just 3 tiny phrases lol). Alcohol was never a temptation for me, give me migraines!! But hopefully my post 50 yo achievement will help defray the impact of Alz. At least I’m happy 😁!

Dr. Taylor, this is from Spain, I am 51. In my country there is a shortage of hormones, I was on perifem (ciclyc) and now I have to order the hormones in a compound pharmacy. I'm taking 2 mg of estradiol valerate 21 days and Progeffik 200mg 10 days. Is enough estradiol for osteoporosis? Could help me with the amount with ciclyc and non ciclyc regime? I think I can find also hemidrato de estradiol, which amount would be? I have to convince my GP to give me the prescription, the last one refused, and my gynaecologist takes a long time to take and appointment, and the last summer was me who told her about the shortage...(tisk). I want to be sure that I am asking the correct formula. I know you have a chart, but there is no hemidrato or valerato in them. Thank-your education, and sorry about my English.
