It establishes this that Wart and his cronies are able to hop from dream to dream which is similar to what we see Bowser do in Mario Party 5. This very similar to what Bowser is doing in Mario Party 5 and even more interesting is there is mention of things like the Power Of The Stars. We also know from a Miiverse post for Captain Toad Treasure Tracker made by the producer that the Main Toad is the one that showed up in games like SMB2USA and Wario's Woods, thus Toad in the game is not one dreamt up by Mario which is back up by what I just mentioned. Also, the Shy Guys in Superstar Baseball are stated to be the same ones that used to work for King Wart.
Actually, Sparks first appeared in Donkey Kong Jr., and Wart did recently appear in a 2020 recruitment book by Nintendo where he’s on the phone with Princess Daisy.
A video I hope would be discussed was the other human characters Camelot made for the Mario Golf and Tennis series during the N64/GBC to the GCN/GBA era. There were characters that a few backstories and some of them grew up as well!
Maybe Wart is dream creature and can only exist in the dream ralm. After all his only 2 appearances are in games that are quite litteraly entirely whitin dreams. I replayed Mario 2 recently, and I'll be honest, I kind of want a second take on that game's mechanics, I really enjoyed it and its a shame that style of game hasn't really been revisited since

While there are no enemy Ninjis in Paper Mario, one visits Merlon at one point, and several can be seen in Starborn Valley. Link's Awakening is no surprise, given how many enemies in that game come from the Mario series, as well as others. Like the Hoopstar and Albatoss, the Cobrat is another enemy that a king in SMB3 was turned into, in this case, the king of World 1.

I think the Porcupo’s resemblance to Sonic is intentional, as Nintendo and Sega were kind of rivals at the time. A similar roast can be found in Donkey Kong Country, where Sonic’s shoes are seen next to a trash can labeled “No-Hopers”
In terms of Wart being referenced some people believe; including myself, that he is in fact Prince Froggy, the boss you get swallowed up by and battle his tummy, from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. It's never been confirmed; but if true, than Wart; also as Prince Froggy and counting remakes, has appeared in at least 6 games. Pretty impressive actually!😊
Mouser is in Yoshi's games! Except to be fair, instead of being a boss, mousers are instead average enemies in the Yoshi games. But I'm pretty sure they're meant to be the same species as Mouser the boss. They even have masks over their eyes just like Mouser.

It did really poorly, so no one really talks about it. I don't think the new, animated Mario Bros. movie has a reference to Tweeter.
Nooo I was wrong about what a Tweeter is. For some reason I always thought they were a big brown land shrimp that hops, with the white part being a scarf and their white belly or something. I kinda prefer that over the devilish bat thing. I'm more used to the GBA sprite.

On the wiki, I read that during opening of the game, Mario wakes up from the dream in subcon before going for a walk in the mushroom kingdom. There, he and the gang see a door that leads then to the same land of subcon from his dream, now mysteriously appearing in the actual mushroom kingdom! Either im completely wrong about the wiki or this is a major misconception of the game’s story
