My latest idea to getting just a tiny bit healthier is doing these. It doesn't even need to take 5 minutes, and it's far, far better than doing nothing, like I have done these last many years.

i can't do jumping jacks, the jumping part, that is. What should i do? They're part of this exercise program in the health app on my phone & i really want to follow it, i need the exercise. I would really appreciate the help
Will Smith start with raising your legs as high as you can do your knees face up. Do this as many times as you can 3-4 times a day. By day 4/5 you will notice easier range of movement then start speeding up it will work the same as jumping jacks to start with then when you are capable jumping jacks will be a doddle. I hope you prevail 😇
