- Hey you guys! Hopefully you enjoyed our reaction to battery! Metallica is an awesome band and we definitely felt all the emotion through their playing! Jason was extremely cool! Kirk went off on the solos! James ( we love his voice)! and Lars was awesome on the drums! We loved their playing and this was a great performance! The Metal Fans in Seattle showed great love to Metallica! We truly got into this song and we hope you enjoy our reaction as much as we enjoyed the video! And as always, stay safe and stay tuned for upcoming videos!

Oh in 1989 my neighbors used to listen to this song so often. Whether they wanted to or not.
Yeah, I've given my neighbors plenty of "opportunities" to listen to "Battery" as well.
Mine too, already in '86
I wouldn't put metallica as neighbors anthem lol I put some FUCKIN SLAYER
ffs guys my neighbours still listen to it
Chris Martinez nice!!!!! Lol!!
There parents raised them well
Welcome to Metallica's Seattle Concert 1989. Take your places and start headbanging!!!!
Best metal concert ever.
one of the best if not the best.. however.. I'd like to see reaction the S&M.
@@mmaarrttyy123 92 San Diego was better
The girl in the right shes always smiling. I love her
Major salute to your dad for contributing to your musical upbringing in this manner. It's a pure joy to watch young kids, genuinely embrace this genre!
Second that! She's got the best Dad! He's bring his girl up right!
I'm just blown away that you girls actually know their names.
Btw, kudos on the windmill headbanging, that was a good one.
Hell yeah! That windmill @ 6:25 . I took my mom 62 to Metallica back in 2013. lol, she loves them too, your dad sounds awesome.
Back when they where killing it live 🖤 And i miss Jason...
OMG Mia headbanging with hairwhip = GLORIOUS
... the kids are gonna be alright.
Holy shit, was that The Offspring reference?
yeah they are......
CHANCES THOOOWN, NOTHIHGS FREEE, LONGING FOOORR, WHAT USED TO BEEEEE-
If there was a time machine, I would use it to travel to two memorable concerts of Metallica.
One of them you just reacted to, Seattle 1989 is legendary among the fans, perfectly ilustrating the raw power and sheer animosity of their early years.
Other one is more sophisticated, late years of their career, after James blew his voice (happened few years after Seattle), but this live concert is epic nevertheless. I would like you react to San Francisco's 1999 Symphonical Orchesta & Metallica (known as S&M) live version of For Whom The Bell Tolls.
Sometime, you ladies need to start buying some *Metal T-shirts.* When I started getting into metal, I started wearing my brother's old metal t-shirts, featuring slayer and Metallica 🤣 But it is not just music. It's a way of life. It's a way of self expression, a statement and showing what you are into and being proud of it. And it's a way of showing our love and support to our favorite bands as well 😎
best concert ever the epitomy of heavy metal
That show was incredible an unique part of the history of rock and metal. The song indeed is sooo powerful (all the Master of Puppets album is insane!!!) Anyway great reaction ladies!! Keep rocking and lots of love from Argentina ❤🇦🇷 #TeamMia 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

I always liked listening to thrash metal like this when doing math homework.
I did the exact same thing back in the day!!!
I bet numbers were all over the place :D
Me too - I could bust out some Algebra to this! My parents never understood how lol.
@@antondzajajurca7797 Oddly, it helped me concentrate.
Primus is for calculus. Metal for everything else.
Thank you guys for reacting to this loved every minute of it and all of your reactions! This was some of the heaviest fastest loud music ever heard back in the day glad you all dug it
the girl in the middle is my favorite, good channel, congratulations girls! 😁
The live version ... Again ... Has a lot of energy and is cool cause of the crowd.... But....to hear it the first time... I always recommend to hear the album version 🤘😎.... I do suggest TO LIVE IS TO DIE... u will love it

Greetings from Ural mountains, Russia! Keep exploring various music, there's a ton of gems out there!
Got to listen to the thing that should not be in this same show!
I agree! What a awesome song, and a awesome concert!
Yep! Check this one out.
Your enthusiasm is so contagious, as always. And you joke about falling asleep to Metallica, but I've done that many times - not just to their ballads, but thrashers also! It can all be so soothing to me, ha. So curious about what you'd think of the best of their newer stuff, Spit Out the Bone & Halo on Fire, highly recommended!
Funny you mention James' singing, because he never wanted to be the singer. He only did it because no one else wanted to. He never got any singing lessons until he blew his voice out about 1990 and started seeing a professional so it wouldn't happen again. He sounded completely different on their 1982 No Life Til leather demo because he was a Motley Crue fan and tried to sing like Vince Neil, a lot higher than his normal range. By 1983 his was still singing kind of high but was getting more of his influence from Lemmy of Motorhead, who sang with a particularly gravelly voice.
Jason is also a pretty good backup singer. He was almost doing a death growl there. Jason actually does sing a few songs on video and does all the singing in his own band, Newsted.
Hmm, are you sure he was Mötley crew fan?
@@motorlife7037 When he was 18/19 and still living in L.A., yes he was. He used to go to their concerts with Brian Slagel, the guy who started one of the big thrash metal labels. Then he grew up.
You girls have so much fun on these reviews! Makes me want to whip out the old Metallica vinyls for some high Voltage fun!
A new thx for your reaction about this powerful song !!!
(I know why Juliet nervous smiling in the beginning .... lol...makeup for my happy nephew...hahahahaha)

Mia you are a true metal head in the making and can't wait to watch you develope into a soldier of the Metal Army!
You three have got to be the most unlikely metalheads I can imagine. Keep rockin'.
Great reactions really good to see girls. I saw Metallica first time in 1986 on the UK tour before their visit to Europe. They played this first was nearly 34 years ago to the day and can vividly remember it still keep rocking out to these classics and keep headbanging!!!
I love your reactions, Ladies!
You 3 are just adorable. Keep up the fun reactions :)
Thank you so much Steven for watching our videos! We definitely will continue making fun reactions!
Youse are funny for sure, put a smile on my dial, God Bless Family & Friends !!!
You guys are great!!! And remember life got you down.. METALLICA!!!
Jason actually suffered alot of damage from all the head banging. He said this in an interview 2019:
"It's been a lot of time, 25-ish years of headbanging, I gave myself whiplash. And so, through the years, doctors of all different languages and countries, they told me, 'No more that, no more spinning head.'"
Greetings from a venezuelan guy who likes your content and supports you, keep rockin' girls!
Things are rough down there, right Brother?? It's a shame have such jerk Dictator as president... Fight for your FREEDOM, VENEZUELAN PEOPLE!! HANG IN THERE!! 🤘🤘🤘
One of their OG jams gets you Hella Amped
Saw these guys in '88. Wife saw them 3 times. Your out of breath at the end of a Metallica concert..
O.G. headbangers
This song is about battery street where they all hung out in their younger years.
It’s actually not.
@@bigchunges4280 They told the story themselves in an interview so yeah it actualy is!!
The best Metallica era!!! I miss this Lars! I play the drumms because of him, thanks
I'm from Portland Oregon and I was actually at this concert. I was 15 at the time, and it was one of the best concerts I have ever experienced.
Hey ladies, Puerto Rico here!!🤘🏽🇵🇷
Seeing people appreciate this fantastic song is enjoyable. Also it's good to see the past brought back. Some songs need to live on.
Death: A moment of clarity

My faith in humanity has returned. 🤘🏻
Get it Mia!! Do that windmill!!
Another great reaction. I wish you were my daughters. Hah. My kids just listen to that techno, electronic dance music crap. I cant stand it.

It's nice to see kids enjoy metal
🤘🤘🤘
Of Wolf and Man!
That's my favorite Metallica song.
As a drummer, Lars killed this percussion set. So much energy and the double kick work was unbelievable.
I've been listening to this band and many others for a couple years and I can play some of their songs on the guitar and I'm only 14
Woah! That is insane! Props to you! Keep playing from the heart and rock on!
Finnaly!!! Whirlwind hair... i loved!! Again thanks girls!!!

Great reaction ladies. Yes, that classic headbanging move is called a windmill.
You girls are great! Best wishes frm Sweden
I saw them several times in the last 30 years in Austria! It was always perfect! Last year i was with my son in Vienna for a gig and it was a very disapointing performance! I felt sorry for my son!
Aw man! Hopefully you guys get to see them again soon! I (Juliet) went with our dad to go see them perform in Pasadena back in 2018! It was my first concert and it was definitely one for the books! I am sure you will not be disappointed if you were to go see them again!
YEAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! -James Hetfield
No force on earth like Metallica , even these days . They’re in their own league

This consert is the epic of mankind 🤟🤟🤟

Psychostick "Obey the Beard"
That middle girl always cracks me up 😂 🤘🤘🤘
Favorite concert pick. The original song has the chorus guitar in acoustic intro
IMHO, one of the greatest thrash songs of all time.
Mia! Own that headbang, girl!
One of my favorite concerts to listen to all the way through!!
Could you react to Steve Vai - I know your here live please.
METALLICA!!!
The live video should be in the US Library of Congress epitomising how cool the 80’s and no wimpy whiny soul in the crowd. All were just having a good time. And kids.. no phones here during the concerts
true
I just watched the megadeth symphony of destruction video just before this one..( i know u did it a few days after this one)...just wanted to point out Dave from megadeth was one of the original metallica members before they had a disagreement and parted ways. tuned out to best for everyone as 2 super great bands emerged from it...
Metallica's Battery live in 1989 from Seattle was twice as loud and still the best live show in the late 80's🎸🎸
Cool channel and awesome taste in music! You girls are a total riot!!!! Ok.... you’ve got to do “ fight fire with fire” and “ disposable heroes “!!!!👊😎💪💪💪💪🤟🤟✊️✊️✊️🤘🤘👌🤘🤘
Jason head banged with the best of them!
Hey I just found your chanel and you are very fun and has great input, keep up the good work! Why not dare to try some Ghost? Maybe the song Cirice? Would be even cooler with some old school swedish death metal, try Twilight by Edge of Sanity.
Hola, reaccionen a slipknot-disasterpiece live london 2002 por favor
Definetely they are most into heavy than thrash.
Ahhh I see you did react to it!!!!
NOW THEY'VE GOT IT! Rock on ladies. Especially you, Mia. You're totally gonna be a metalhead.
Actually, you probably could. You've definitely got the hair for it, just instead of headbanging up and down, do it in a circle.
THAT'S IT! YOU'VE GOT IT!
"We do pause the videos..."
# proceeds not to pause at all#
Love that.
6:24 Epic!!!!!
Hey girls, love your reactions, incredible song... Please react to Slayer's Angel of death, Postmortem, Seasons in the abyss, World painted blood (live in Sofia)... And King Diamond's Arrival, Sleepless Night, Welcome Home... Greetings from Chile!
Mia with her windmill...
@6:26 WOW! Didn't saw that coming!
And people wonder why I worship Metallica... no words needed
