  • Being late might not send a good message, whether it be for work or even just with family and friends. You know what they say, time is gold. Here are 5 reasons why being on time is important:
    1. Being on time demonstrates responsibility.
    2. Being on time shows respect.
    3. Being on time demonstrates humility.
    4. Being on time increases influence.
    5. Being on time has a whole lot to do with mental health.
    Watch and Enjoy!

Well I want to share a personal story i started working in a company at an executive level then i got promoted as a sales manager i was expecting A team lead position but i missed the opportunity due to being late in meetings and always showing up late. So I'm actually practicing for being on time and I'm learning.

PS I used to be the opposite. In college and high school I was on time or early so consistently that if I was late without calling people would worry right away. I know I'm capable but I can't put the pieces together and speed up.

Its as important as you make it.
But you have a good point.
Be on time but be gentle with people who arent they have their reasons not everyone has a short way to work etc etc
    Not everyone is mentally healthy
