Today I show how to delete the resonator off a 2008 VW R32 !

I have #470 I’ve had it for 5 years just hit 130k and I’ve never had anything wrong with it. I love the car so much put some Michelin pilot super sports on the dirty girl and you got a canyon killer that sounds amazing 😎

Res delete on R32 = bad idea. Trust me. Better to grab a high flow track muffler to replace the stock resonator. 1) Sounds cleaner, 2) sounds better than stock, 3) reduces the rasp, 4) not stupid loud

Sounded too raspy for my tastes but looked easy to do. I imagine a muffler delete would sound better.

Exactly. These guys that market a resonator delete do it for pure profiteering as they know the owner would not like it in most cases and will make more change = more profit. The resonator cuts down on raspyiness, drone and vibration. Why would you want to delete that whereas the muffler/silencer reduces the volume of the system mostly.
