      The new single hair transplants can actually use chest and body hair to give you a much thicker head of hair. I think it's simpler to use a hair unit. It's instant you don't have to wait 6 months to a year to see it grow in. And you can change your look instantly.

    Hey Jake. Hope you're doing well. Just found your videos and I'm really enjoying all the information you share. I'm 63 and been wearing a system since I was 20. The symptoms and ways of attaching have really improved! I wear poly around perimeter and my stylist does a service every 4 weeks of taking off cleaning and haircut. Thanks for all your information. BTW really enjoyed the shower scene. Your a handsome guy but also have a great personality. Keep up the great work and more shower scenes lol. 😊

    Tip: of you have a curly system, or any mm curl 14 and lower, this becomes exponentially more difficult to not pull on the system to derangle. Use detangling spray if necessary

    • @alexanderhammer688
      @alexanderhammer688 Рік тому

      The best way to untangle your hair is using a brush that is fairly spaced while you brush with one hand and use the other hand to keep on your head so the tape doesn´t move. After it´s all untangled you can use a comb.

    Hi Jake,
    Thanks for the vid.... very helpful!
    I have a question.... You wrote in the comments that you wash you hair everyday and shampoo it. I have heard that it can damage the hair and the system. I myself take the system off everyday for two reasons. I work out everyday and i have a very greasy scalp with i don't like. So i wash my own hair every day and then, i put on the system.
    I am getting a new system (front lace) and they recommend it to wear it for at least 10 days before maintenance, since i have never done this, im afraid of what could happen with my own greasy, sweaty hair. Afraid that shampooing everyday, will damage. If i just rinse it, like they advised, that my hair under is not clean and scalp either and this will also not help the bond (tape) adhere to wait the 10 days im supposed to wait.... Any advices, id really appreciate... thanks! Stay safe

    • @JakeKent
      @JakeKent  4 роки тому

      i think with lace, maintenance takes its toll on a unit. if i were you id get a shorter wear tape, (i think you can also use red liner tape) and then tape it off as often as you want. but it may shorten the longevity of the unit.

    Yes try a wide tooth comb or a detangler comb, even better. Also conditioners have enough cleansing, so u can shampoo during removal time. Shampoo can strip the hair and the bond when u let it touch all the way down to knots, it tends to happen more when u have your hair down flat like that. I keep it brushed back, so I just tilt my head back to wash and use a conditioner. It doesn't get down to knots as much that way. Also blow dry on cool first to seal the moisture. I use a fan on blast to dry with cool air lol

    You’re very good with your hair system, only thing I would suggest is to use t shirt instead of towel, that would be more gentle on hair. Very informative video, good job!

    Actually to last longer, better to wash hair in sink......use w/ combination of shampoo + conditioner. Shampoo alone will shorten the glues hold time, walker tape last longer than ghost bond. Also better to let air dry. I have gotten almost 10 months wear out my system before it somewhat started to loose its first out the box feel BUT........if you use leave in conditioner and a perm instead of curling it just let it sit in the sink with it in the hair will make it look brand new over again if the base is still in tact you could definitely get a full year out of it

    Jake I think you should go higher on the hairline and stubble beard. I think you would benefit from some more boyish features (like less beard)

    Bro can you discuss the idea of a frontal hair transplant and then hair system combo. It’s used by some actors in India and Pakistan and the results are absurdly good. However this does not seem to be common in the US or UK. Why?

      Bernie SanderZ that literally does not make logical sense. I’ve seen them and they look better than a normal system. The bad over done hairline depends on what surgeon you have
