What sets my teeth on edge is when the defense council is always asking about AM's demeanor after the murders. Did he cry? Did he seem upset? Geez, he's not a moron and as we see he's still laying it on. Thick.
Plus he could have killed them and still cried about it. He loved his son and would probably cry thinking about what he did. Even though he did it it would be a shocking and traumatic event that would make someone experience a emotional response. People always assume if someone did a murder like this they wouldn’t cry but man I’ve watched a lot of true crime interrogations and people who are guilty can surely cry.
I'm sorry but all that crocodile tears he's not crying for the loss of his wife and son he's crying because he is facing life in prison if convicted from Massachusetts
I think he’s actually horrified by what he did especially to Paul because the scene was horrifying he blew his head off from the side and it took the skull bone on the side and ripped his brain right onto the floor beside him and also some brain spatter hit the roof but a big chunk of brain was right by his legs. He’s horrified by that when he was describing it to the sled agent he started to describe it but couldn’t even finish.
Long tedious accounting of engagement with the vehicle. Its amazing though the amount of detailed information as to when the vehicle was moving and sitting and the exact times it sat or moved in accord with the time of day. Can really pinpoint a lot.
WAY too much detail on this. This defense attorney is very disorganized and repeats himself. He should be giving little summaries after each set of details.
The prosecution is presenting their case right now so the “defence “ will present their case after the prosecution rests and that’s when they will discredited the evidence and try to get some reasonable doubt and get him off.
They keep talkin about that raincoat why didn't they do a DNA test on it to see whose DNA was on it instead of just worrying about The Gunshot residue find out whose DNA was on it
If they run the test they have to give the defense the results and it was probably not worth the risk that DNA just wouldn’t be there or more than one person had worn it so it could be someone else’s dna or a mix or who knows so they just don’t do it.

Did I understand it correctly? The FBI could request full and correct decryption of the data from GM, but they didn't even consider such possibility, because they "wanted to decrypt by themselves"? And they spent more than a year to decode some limited subset of events such as power up and park? It's really my dream job: do whatever you're interested in and spend as much time and money as you want.

No - the timing is off. Three days before the boat crash hearing? Surely people involved would want to see justice. They had two years to do something to him and/or his family.
Nobody other than AM knew where Maggie and Paul would be that day. Maggie wasn’t even living there! She lived at the beach house. Alex called them both to the property that day. Are we to believe these “random shooters” were following them individually then waited at the kennels to pounce?

Well they will present their defence after the prosecutors are done and right now all they can do on cross is poke holes and try to get the witnesses to slip up anything to help them get a little doubt in the jury. The prosecution has to proof without a doubt . So it’s really important to not loss any evidence so far I think they are getting a lot of information in their . They don’t have him at the scene but all the evidence is putting doubt that he was he’s on the tape and the his dads nurse and then the house keeper and now they have the phone data . He’s guilty as hell but they have to prove beyond reasonable doubt. It will be tough to do. I can’t imagine how the defence is going to present their case.
I think part of it is choosing the correct wording. If a question is changed by a single word it can make it go from admissible to objectionable so they try to choose their words very carefully and very deliberately.

💯
Right. And not to mention everyone grieves differently. Some cry, some don’t. It’s sort of pointless to keep asking this.

Is the defense attorney on the spectrum? He’s…hard to watch.
😮
I think his lawyers are just reaching when there more than one truck on the property

Love the judge. What a hard job he has.
I hope this jury is able to decifer this.
They aren't even allowed to take notes, I'd be super confused.
Give the witness back his copy of the exhibit so he’s not struggling with the stupid Elmo

How does one get a pocket knife into the courtroom?
He's law enforcement
Be LEO of some sort or be a judge.
The color coding and duplicate entries took away from the his testimony being more fluid
Too bad the analyst couldn’t just state the lines and times. Having to ask and repeat is confusing and annoying.
All these guys know eachother.
They keep talkin about that raincoat why didn't they do a DNA test on it to see whose DNA was on it instead of just worrying about The Gunshot residue find out whose DNA was on it
Because that would prove him guilty and that's what they have been paid in all reality not to do
If they run the test they have to give the defense the results and it was probably not worth the risk that DNA just wouldn’t be there or more than one person had worn it so it could be someone else’s dna or a mix or who knows so they just don’t do it.
Why is it suppressed from the jury That he and his wife are separated. That’s motive for murder alone right there
Yes, most dangerous time for a woman (or man sometimes) is when they are leaving.
Because their is absolutely no evidence that they were separated 😂

Modern technology is going to be the game changer in the verdict. This case is fascinating.

how did this witness get in the court with a knife?
He's law enforcement.
Are we on a break or are they done today?
So how long was he at his parents?
15 to 20 mn
ouch
Like the Lady said.
Yup not 40 min
What was he at his parents for at that time of night for is the real question...
did the jury know it was a bomb threat
The judge is pissed off.
Did anyone think that because he cost people millions of dollars and a girl lost her life, just maybe someone might want him to suffer too?
Nope
No - the timing is off. Three days before the boat crash hearing? Surely people involved would want to see justice. They had two years to do something to him and/or his family.

sounds like a room full of matlocks
thanks man
Please tell me the FBI is not trying to protect this guy.
Pre meditated that’s why he shaved his head…
😂
They tried his financial charges. His murder charges will be acquitted. He might do 5 years in federal prison.
