      I think his gagging is either feigned, or now that he sees the horror of what he did, he is actually reacting because of what he did. Just because he panicked over all of his misdeads coming to light, it doesn't mean he isn't affected now. The crazy thing is, he's going to jail for his financial crimes, so killing them wouldn't make that for away. He killed them for nothing! It didn't save him from doing time, losing his license to practice law, and selling everything to try and pay people back. Killing his family members is beyond horrific, and screwing over so many people, including one of his best friends is terrible as well. I think he's a sociopath. And, I'm not convinced that he ever had a drug addiction.

    They keep going on about, Alex not being able to see the autopsy photos. DUH!! HE DOESNT NEED TO SEE THEM BECAUSE HE SAW THE BODIES AFTER They’re SHOT !! It makes sense that they knew the killer, and Paul may have been in shock seeing his dad shoot him . And it’s more likely to think Alex shot Paul first because Maggie was not strong enough to do anything. Maggie saw her son killed and fled as she was chased and shot down trying to get away after witnessing her son die , she also has to be in shock at the time also while trying to flee I’m sure she had to be in shock 😮😱

      it's a good question - the white shirt is clearly not the one he was wearing during his interview, nor is it the one Miss Shelly said he was wearing that morning, because that one was "sea-foam" colour. And if it had been covered in blood and guts and brains, he wouldn't have left it lying in the laundry basket, which is i guess where they found it.
      So i reckon it's what they call in the trade: "a red herring" - just like the blue raincoat - a false trail for detectives to chase that goes nowhere.

      @@Silly.Old.Sisyphus The white shirt is actually the one he had on when cops arrived on scene & in the patrol car interview (the same one they collected for evidence) The seafoam shirt was most certainly the one he was really wearing during the murders (since he was wearing it in the Snapchat video mere hours b4 he killed them). That's where he fukd up. But, yeah, that one conveniently disappeared. All this nonsense the defense is saying clears him, finding nothing on this white t-shirt is just that...BS! Obviously, the exact reason he changed b4 calling the cops. He knew they'd be collecting his clothes. Here's a thought though, if he did as he told the cops n checked/touched his wife n son, why no blood. I know, I know...b/c he didn't have to, he just took their last breath. Notice the cops body cam when they arrive, he begins right off the bat delivering the motive of someone else, then gives his aliby, then asks if they've checked on his wife n son. None of his story adds up!! He guilty AF!!

    • @Silly.Old.Sisyphus
      @Silly.Old.Sisyphus Рік тому

      @@sandyquino2015 we haven't been told where the white shirt came from, but it is a reasonable guess that it was the one he was wearing when the cops came.
      let's imagine you are the murderer, calling the cops... would you be so daft as to have them come with you soaked in gunpowder residue, victim's blood, and etc? Or would you nip back home, have a quick shower, and put on an old shirt you had worn the day before, so it wouldn't look like a freshly-laundered and ironed one? And then drive to your mother's house, and do silly things like with the raincoat and lying on your mother's bed to make sure Shelly remembers your antics so she doesn't pay attention to the the time, and then drive back and call the cops.
      as far as i know, only his voice is on the snapchat video; if his image had been on it, you can be sure it would have been centre stage. so we can't know what he was wearing, but it could well have been the seafoam one with the collar that Shelly tucked in, so her dna would be on it too...
      what does all this mean? it means the prosecution was off the rails to bring up the white shirt, and the blue raincoat, following red herring trails, perhaps just as Alex intended. On the other hand, maybe they had to go through the motions, because ev everyone had seen the white shirt and Shelly had talked about the tarp/raincoat.
      It was significant that both sides used their most junior counsel for all witnesses today (including the cheerful Medical Examiner who behaved as if she were teaching a class of junior high school students), which means those witnesses are not important.
      PS. i could lie on the ground, covered in blood, and you could come and roll me over, without getting any of my blood on your shirt. You can just roll me over with your foot, or just your hands. No problem. But it's more likely he didn't roll Paul over and only said he touched them to give a plausible reason for their dna being on him, in case it was.
