The defense attorney Harpootian has one tactic and that’s it…try to confuse the jury. He is horrible. Just talks in circles and tries to make the witnesses and even the experts trip over their own words. Not to mention acting like he knows more than the experts. The first SLED agent wasn’t going to take any of it! He put Harpootian right in his place. I pray AM is convicted. There are NO other suspects.

How Many times does one person have to say "I'm not a doctor" ? This line of questioning was beyond badgering of a witness and also completely out of line. In what world are you trying to get a sled agent to testify to medical terms and documents he didn't prepare or able to really testify to other than to agree that those are the words on the paper. HE'S NOT A DOCTOR. GOOD GRIEF.

The coroner inadevertedly hugely helped the state and the state missed it when he said their heads were dry, the defense has been saying the puddles at the kennels were the result of rain, not the hose, but this coroner is saying their heads were dry which means it hadn't rain from the time of the murders to the time they corvered them which was around 10:30 as per the first responder's body cam.

Yes it could be from notifications, calls, when the phone is locked, it just means that it’s on a Lock Screen and that no one can access anything without a pass code, but even if the phone gets moved , let’s say the phone is laying down on a flat surface and someone picks the phone up and looks at it, the Lock Screen will illuminate. Another question being asked is about portrait screen to landscape screen, let’s just imagine that the phone is laying flat on the ground vertically, if someone was to pick that phone up and slide it into their pocket, it would allow the screen to go into a landscape view because of the way/angle of the phone has been positioned, the only time this wouldn’t happen would be if the phone had screen lock on which prevents the screen from turning with the angle of the phone’s current position.

The defense will always poke holes - that’s their job, but unless the doubt is beyond reasonable doubt, jury must vote to convict. The AM case has overwhelming evidence against the defendant.
