Subaru Forester ej25 compressor clutch replacement. (Part 1)

just a quick video to help you guys out because the dealer or the shops are probably going to want to sell you a whole compressor. but you can just get away with changing the clutch and the pulley.

Hi friend, I know I’m three years late, but how did you get the belt off without removing the alternator belt and taking the fan shroud out to have more tensioner room? Thank you!

Easy!! A knife 😂 But seriously ratchet wrenches are a big help to sneak in there.

It would have helped to show just how you got the clutch magnet off. Instead of a jump cut

I tried to set the camera on somthing but it kept falling.

@MONEY MAN I put a prybar on either side and just pried evenly and sort of walked it off
