The hidden sad part about this is that what angered Hulk wasn't Wolverine attacking him, it's the fact that he thought he found a *FRIEND* but turns out Wolverine wasn't.

The hulk at beginning of infinity war was fine, what they could have done is given him more rage making him stronger. Not saying scientist chill hulk isnt cool but id prefer to see hulk get stronger and stronger. This is one of the most intimidating depictions if hulk ever, superb drawing

@@zakariamore1575 Hulk is just a school yard bully. He got a decent beat down in Infinity War and never wanted to come back out. Hulk will not hesitate to take a cheap shot in hopes of knocking away anyone he perceives as contenders. Hes really a bitch when you look at it.
I think when you get hit by the Hulk, your brain doesn’t even try to calculate the damage. You see the Hulks fist, you hear him roar, and then suddenly your vision pops a blue screen and all you see is that white text going “LOL You just got fucking bodied, bro, Nuh-night to you!”

Great artwork here. The Hulk looks like he is positively about to burst with power, meanwhile the claws on Wendigo and Wolverine look lethal. The impacts too are great.

There aren't many things that make Wolverine put his claws away and raise his hands to try and block, but a fist 3/4ths his height surely would.

Wendigos have always been a curious sort of creature in marvel. Normally a prefer the zombified human deer hybrid look but They certainly make for cool beasty’s for hulk to face on the regular. In this comic particularly Hulk gives me a bit of bigfoot vibes pfft!
The white Wendigo from Marvel is the first exposure I ever had to the legends! So this has always been the Wendigo to me !
@@FernandoComicsOfficial I think the first time I saw the wendigo at all was actually in onr of the first comics I ever read! A bunch of wendigos were attacking vegas and they even turned hulk into one for a bit. Though pretty soon after I read some little books out the myths at the local library and on monster cards!
I love Hulk. Just a guy that can beat anyone but if left alone, wouldn't hurt a fly.
Wolverine is honestly the only one who could truly describe what it feels like to get punched by Hulk. We could say Thor but he has superhuman durability so it really doesn't count.
While Logan's healing does allow him to survive his adamantium skeleton plays more large part in taking that punch. If he didn't have it he'd be nothing but a bloody paste on the ground.
Hell his brain has to be trembling from the sheer force of the impact.
His brain was probably more than trembling there, that was a blow that would liquify it IRL

In the world war hulk saga, he fights Wolverine and tell him he knows he cant kill him, but knows how to incapacitate him. Hulk holds the back of wolverine's head and pounds his face repeatedly knowingly turning Wolverine's brain to mush. It takes him out of the rest of the fight. He heals of course but not until later.

I absolutely adore revisiting this classic story from Wolverine's perspective in the first person.
I like the fight in the Punisher story Confederacy of Dunces where Hulk hits Wolverine so hard he flies from Brooklyn to Boston.
I remember that 😄😄😄
Can you imagine Wolverine waking up half way through that flight? He's probably so used to it he just braces for the impact.
And his thought mid flight? "I hope there's a bar nearby when I land."

@@FernandoComicsOfficial It's a great story where the Punisher sics an amnesiac Hulk on Daredevil, Wolverine, and Spider Man, who have teamed up to try and stop/apprehend him. In the same story arc, the Punisher hits Wolverine with a goddamned anti-tank missile. It's got great dialog even if the art is a little weird.
"You've got no leverage. My tentacles are unbreakable, and their power source is virtually limitless. You'll not be winning this one..."-Doctor Octopus, right before absolutely whipping the Hulks' ass like a rented mule, Spiderman #19, written and drawn by Erik Larsen.
That one punch probably turned the inside of Wolverine's body into pudding with just skin, adamantium and a healing factor holding it together

The adamantium should be able to, but wolverine's arms are to weak to generate the force necessary to penetrate skin.
@@blaqjoker9105 ehh that's highly debatable. It's been said the adamantium claws cut through almost anything. The only things it can't are things that are harder than it. Hulk's skin is not one of those things, though it may seem like it should be. Adamantium has crazy durability and strength, anything that isn't able to scratch it will be cut by it. Juggernaut (whose powers come from a supreme magical being), Mangog (a being with the combined power of billions), King Thor in the reigning, the Nemean Lion (who had impenetrable fur), and Celestial armour are things he's not able to cut with his claws.
The crazy thing is even though Wolverine has indestructible bones and super healing, he shouldn’t even last five minutes against the Hulk when you think about it. Because Hulks was me punch can send Wolverine into outer space if he tries. Which makes me think he subconsciously holds back some times
Believe it or not, it’s actually common knowledge that when he fights street heroes and villains he always holds back

The 2003 Hulk movie DVD has specifications of Hulk's power. His fists can deliver 14 tons/sq in. If his fist area was 10"X10" (conservatively speaking), that means there's 2.8 million pounds of force coming at you!

This is how every fight with Hulk and Wolverine should go imo, Wolverine obviously has regen and adamantium skeleton which is how can he even survive this and is a skilled fighter and a samurai, but I feel like none of that stuff should matter when you're battling the Hulk

Wolverine and deadpool are probably the only superheroes who could tell a normal person what being punched by the hulk is like. I guess that's what has always made wolverine my favorite superhero, he takes the same damage and feels the same pain as the rest of us, but comes back after. Where as other superheros just dont really take damage.

I think this was a scene from, What If Hulk Killed Wolverine?..Great comic. In that comic the Hulk slew a host hero’s.
I had an X-Men annual in the early 90s and a version of this story appeared in it. It was awesome!
While Wolverine was away, skrulls infiltrated the X-Mansion, which was detailed in another story (mainly text with a few pictures).
Thor punched the hulk and grandmaster had to stop the fight.

The hulk can punch through time and space so i would imagine logan would have a slight head ache maybe some minor swelling before his healing kicks in
What I imagine it would feel like: Suddenly the whole world is moving backwards as your entire body momentum shifts to ride his punch.
Your entire face feels squished and you have 0.1 seconds to think "why doesnt this hurt?"
Your adamantine skeleton begins to ring like a bell, this is the first time you have ever heard your bones resonate from blunt trauma. Intense pain for 3 seconds as your skeleton vibrates against your muscles and tendons.
You fall and writhe for 2 seconds then never ever want to move again, but ur wolverine so you still get the fuck up.

Growing up I luv'd me some Ben Grimm, but nobody runs the table like old green eyes! The Hulk is the best! Nothing ever stacks up to the famous description of one of Hulks attributes and that is: The more enraged the Hulk gets, the stronger the Hulk becomes! There's no limit! as for Wendigo, check out issue X-man 140 an see that the native Indian legend is no pushover. Wendigo pretty much hands everybody their ass in true savage form!

There is a clip from Joe Rogan Podcast where he describes a video of an actual Tiger Attack. He's using the video to prove that man's instinct to kill predators is a completely justified instinct. In the video - there are a dozen Indian men rowing a large canoe. After a time one of the men screams in terror. He's yelling Tiger! Tiger!! Tiger!!! And all of the men start rowing like an Olympic row team. Because something that a foreigner would not know is... Tigers are fantastic swimmers. And - even with a dozen terrified rowers - rowing on a cocktail of panic and pure adrenaline - the tiger easily out swims the boat - and begins shaking humans like a terrier shakes rats. My point? If Tigers could row boats. And, one saw The Hulk. They would scream in terror. And - they would say Hulk!!! Hulk!!! Hulk!!! Row for your lives!!! It's The Hulk!
