As a truck driver and former Long Haul Driver, I can't escape this song. For the record, my truck is governed..and I couldn't break the speed limit if I drove off a cliff. But, as a lifelong Punk rocker, I hear the lyrics strong and proud.

Speed limits are a mere suggestion when this song is playing full blast windows down and flying down the road.

My first concert was Molly Hatchet back in the 70s. My friends and I left with a contact high and couldn’t hear for 3 days. One of the best times of my life!

These boys are southern rock all the way. I met them back in 1990 when they came in the studio at 4am to lay down a few tracks then I played a little bit of drums with them plus at a local bar in Jacksonville FL. There are several guitar players in the band. Some of the best southern rock you will ever get!! There are zero over dubes in their music what you see and hear is exactly what you get. Sadly the lead singer passed due to diabetes. RIP keep rockin in heaven brother

Ah, another great Southern Rock band from my home state of Florida.
    Jacksonville, to be precise.

one of my all time favorite bands!!! Just something about a rock band with 3 guitar players and two drummers, just has wall of incredible sound! Another great choice!
Their version of The Allman Brothers "Dreams(I'll Never See)" might be better than the original!!

Oh yeah Blondie! My southern roots just leaped for joy! I've seen Molly Hatchet, The Outlaws, and Pure Prairie League...and countless others up in good ol' Sturgis live at Full Throttle Saloon. All before the fire happened of course. My dad and I were huge bikers and made our annual treks to Sturgis. Molly H is the best live southern rock band ever! 3 guitarist and 2 drummers need I say more. Thanks Blondie, Harri needed the intro to the sensational Florida Southern Rock band that is Molly H! Glad you had fun Harri!

Saw them about 10 times in my life, starting with the first album in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Every gig was awesome. Most memorable was in Ft. Smith, Arkansas with MICHEAL BOLTON opening! We went to the local club after the show and they all showed up there for more music. My girlfriend at the time left me stranded to go eat at Dennys with MB. Cant blame her, but we were done after that.

Growing old ain't for sissies, but it beats the alternatives.
It's been said that if you have memories of the 60's you weren't really there. Rejoice in the memories of the 70's and 80's as the statute of limitations have likely expired.
