I gave up as i couldn't beat this machine. 2021, decided to start again, face my fears, and face this machine again. Still failed. Until i saw this trick, went back and defeated this asshole in the third attempt. The satisfaction i got after 6 years is absolutely PRICELESS!!

I was finished this mission view minutes ago, first I just hit and run with missile launcher, while I wait for the supply drop I see a tank and use that tank for buying time and keep dealing damage.. but wow I suprised that Tank is so broken 😂, it can stun the shilanthropus and make a lot of damage 😂, was so luck in this mission is so tricky
This works on normal and extreme but the trick is to use the machine gun on a weak point such as the knee then as sahelanthropus stoops down you launch missiles at it, then back to the machine gun again. If timed right, it doesn't have any chance to attack you and rarely will on extreme also.
Unfortunately, the strategy shown in this video doesn't work that well on [Extreme]. If you ever decide to challenge *[Extreme] Sahelanthropus*, make sure you have a fully upgraded *CGM 25* missile launcher. You'll need it.
A nuclear armed metalgear and a boy with super telekinesis powers are beaten by a mid-size tank and a chopper. Lesson learned. No need to be afraid of nukes, folks.
the armor was made out of uranium, a structurally weak material compared to common steel. It was used to keep a steady source of nuclear material to stay active and detonate it’s onboard nuke whenever necessary. Plus, it was super lightweight. It was never designed to take on heavy artillery, just a mobile nuke
Thanks for this. Super easy. Got inn all the rockets first, then he stood still straight ahead of me and i just kept going with the gun. In nightvision it was easy to see the canisters on the back and aim. Eventually he did destroy my tank, but then it was only 2 missiles from handheld to finish him off :D
Hahahah, i just kill him just with the turret in 1:48 just use the same veic as in this video not use missils just the turret and fire untill he dies. Easy boss
Thats not true. My technique is similar albeit more refined and i beat sahelanthropus in about 3.5 minutes with only the missile launcher vehicle as in this video.
WOOOOOOH ,,, though before i can do that , i wonder if they driving simulation ? ^^; I suck at driving those trucks, but Hey ! died a million time might as well try
I haven't seen this kind of cheap cpu cheating since the days of mortal kombat 3. Sometimes you just die, sometimes you can't get up, sometimes you can't reload, when you press the fire key he instantly rotates/moves. It's not hard, it cheats. It changes the rules all the time. You can't pass 30 missions in minutes and spend 2 days in 31. 1) Fire the animals you pay for game testers 2) Hire real game testers.

It worked for me, you gotta keep moving perpendicular to it front and back then keep firing to avoid getting blown up

this does not work anymore. it's been patched or something. vehicle gets blown up instantly now.

You have to switch on the down pad and it will automatically aim for you
