    I'm back with another health video! This was highly requested after my 'What I Eat In A Day' video. Meal prep helps me save so much time and keeps me on track with my diet as I've been extremely busy with work and studies lately. Please try meal prepping for a week and see the difference it makes! I can also make a full meal prep of all the meals if you guys are interested! In the meantime,I hope you enjoy my Meal Prep to LOSE WEIGHT + Get shredded video! Stay Happy! Stay Healthy!
    Lunch Recipe
    -Chicken thigh fillets 500g
    -Garlic + Ginger paste 1Tbs
    -Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
    -Salt to taste
    -Cracked black pepper 1tbs
    Red chilli powder/flakes to taste
    Dried Thyme Leaves- 1 tbs
    Sweet potato- 1/2 of a large
    Carrots- 4 whole
    1 whole onion
    2-3 cloves garlic
    Snack options
    Vegetables + hummus
    Dates
    Trail mix (Almonds, Pistachios, walnuts, Brazilian nuts, Pepita +sunflower seeds)
    Dark chocolate
    Fruits- Banana/ apples
    Hummus recipe:
    Chickpeas- 1 can
    Garlic- 2 Cloves
    Lemon juice- 1/2 lemon
    Tahini- 1tbs
    Cumin seeds- to taste
    Salt- to taste
    1/4- 1/2 cup water

    So glad I found this (hella late but..) It’s fair enough to look at other meal prep ideas but ... being an Asian I like my spices and masala: I’m not into it being bland, I fall off the wagon of healthy eating. This is perfect because I feel like with other videos, Im not allowed to add spices. Thank you for this!

    Salaam, Thank you so much. I am starting my weight loss journey. First step I did was join the gym and now I am preparing my own meals for work. It's going to be hard, to cut out all the junk food. Inshallah, I can do it. I am differently going to do the hummus and cucumber. I find myself really hungry, before work lunch and next thing I am doing is snacking on crisps and chocolate. My mum is worried about me, my weight, she wants me to be healthy. For her and for myself, I am going to do it. Thank you.

    Hi Immy, I came across this video and thought you done a wonderful job, and I have an interesting question,, are you bothered with the lemon pulb going into the hummus and the chicken, it really bugs me when I start fishing them out with the fork 😂

    If oven is not available how can i roast these things?
    Also tell how do these taste when taken out of freezer? Do you defrost them? Dont they leave water in that case? Do they taste the same?

    how many days the cut cucumber stay in fridge , i see cucumber gets bad quickly. Also how do you store roasted sweet potato and other roasted veggies ? How last it long ?

    Do you recook the food after when it's time to eat or eat it like a salad? I always eat my food after it's cooked and never meal prepared before.

      I only meal prepped two snacks and 1 lunch per day
      enough for 3 days of work for me usually !
      Dinner and breakfast I don't meal prep because I made in batch and don't need to sort them in boxes

    I dont understand carbohydrates make yuh fat or make yuh loose fat?

      Your body needs carbohydrates to function! There are many healthy sources of carbs and we need to consume them to stay energetic as they provide a sustained form of energy. The carbs which may be harmful are those such as processed carbs eg. white bread, white rice etc.
