Sure, their words sound apologetic, but they're pale in comparison to what they're about to hear next: other inmates' insults, insane invitations invariably invoking violence, paired undoubtedly with high numbers of openly-aired, loudly-shouted death threats, events commonly mislabeled as "prison riots", that might, in fact, just distract the authorities' attention away from any actual assassination attempts (some small sum of the newly-incarcerated seem to always become just another unseen, unsolved murder) while the prison administrators and any armed guards they'll face are likely either silent, private supporters or might be the type that feel their oaths and badges have been disrespected, disgraced and betrayed by these three violent racists and just look the other way if any or all of them are served a share of the type of true Justice they deserve; today, tomorrow or someday.

They murdered Ahmaud in cold blood. They have no right to ask for a "less violent" prison after what they did.
Shouldn't inmates be as safe as possible?
Why should they even be safe , after a awful crime they did, why cause they are white, are you crazy, if black men had done that, you would not care if they be safe or not,if they took some one life in your life who you really love,I don't even think you can find it in your heart to forgive them,I know we black people don't forgive them, killed by their own hands, and now want to be safe, if I did an crime like that, I would rather die than to show my cowardsness now, after I have killed so unmercifully like that,

Christopher McDade 🤦♂
There was "no malice" in your heart but you still committed a hate crime and a murder on a perfect stranger? That doesn't add up.
That whole neighborhood was on edge because someone was victimizing them. A neighbor saw Arbery trespassing and pointed him out as a suspect to the McMichael's who gave chase. Upon seeing the 911 caller, Arbery took off running as fast as he could. It was suspicious behavior I would say.
*The apology was ONLY to try to get into Federal Prison because when you stand on the bed of a truck chasing an unarmed man you ONLY have malice in your heart!!*

Uh, let me get this right. They chase after him, he turns and runs in the opposite direction, they back up their truck, he runs onto another street, they circle around the block to head him off, then they block him in and aim a shotgun at him ... just to ask him a question?
But Greg is sorry now
Exactly. Once someone takes off and run, call the police and let them handle the rest of it. No need for you to try and play “sheriff” and chase after someone in a truck and aim a shotgun at someone. Idiots. They deserve life in prison!
And now they offer their apologies? Now they offer their regrets and remorse?
They hunted and killed an innocent young man for pleasure and kicks.
May they rot in state prison for the rest of their lives, and that includes Roddy Bryant, he was equally culpable of murder in the 1st degree.

It’s absolutely Absurd to say that hunting down a man and killing him wasn’t done with malice. And their apology it was absolutely ridiculous.
White supremacists don't believe they have malice. They just believe they need to step on others and squash them like bugs. Like vigilantes. Their families will only become more entrenched in racism and blame.

Their so-called "apology" was the opposite of apologetic. If they claim there was no malice in their hearts, they are forgoing moral responsibility for this, insinuating that Arbery is responsible for the fact he was killed by these wonderful beneficent citizens. The racism runs deep in that family. After the murder, the McMichael's daughter was making social media posts mocking Arbery's death.
If they were truly sorry they would have apologised straight away and kept apologising everyday.
Only apologizing because they got caught in the act.
They got filmed in the act, that got caught later.
Thank God for cameras.
Having hated in ones heart can definitely destroy your life, this case is a perfect example of that.
That was not an apology. I'm sorry but, there was no malice, malicious intent. That is the classic no remorse of a psychopathic narcissist. Put them in Georgia population. I'm sure nobody's going to see them walking or running through the yard and mistake them for criminals with no malicious intent. America is done with these people. And I'm appalled that we aren't taking the insurrection more seriously as Americans.
This is just so tragic. They took his life and threw theirs away just to prove they are "superior."

How sad and pathetic that a "father" would lead his son into such a heinous and cruel act; one which will destroy his life and any legacy he might have had. I'm sure all three are deeply sorry for their actions. Facing what they're facing? Oh believe me, their sorry alright. And their about to be even more sorry now.
......And they are their own worst enemies in there. They're sorry for their whereabouts, but they're therefore their own worst therapists in there, too, to dare think the apologies they share now are heard as anything but the bare minimum toll fare they're paying to stay safe as their scenarios change, from hearing their Court-ordered sentences pronounced while still under the public eye, until they're announced as the newest incarcerated tenants the public taxpayer feeds and bears the burden of utility bills for.

No, they pleaded guilty to avoid their dirty racist laundry being exposed to the world. All that evidence was suppressed in state court but we got to see what was really in their hearts when they chased down this young man for sport and murdered him.
In the original trial, you could see the confederate flag license plate on the front of their pickup. When you're honoring the people who fought to keep black people as property, you're a racist pos.
