    I am doing low carb for 2 years, and i'm feeling good..my bp lowered, my sugar lowered also, and most of all my arthritis are gone...no back pains and any body pains..if others dont believe this, it's ok. Not my problem

    This is really true. Hindi ka talaga gugutomin.. Been practicing IF for 3yrs now.. (my weight before was 68kg~70kg) Now my weight is ranging 54.5 ~55.5 - hindi pa umaabot sa 56.. sometimes makakain ako ng rice.. but i make sure that my next meal would be after 16hrs or more.. if magutom.. i eat nuts.. of course nandoon pa rin yong exercise.. gawain bahay atbp para magkaroon ng movement ang katawan natin.. God bless ladies. Oh, im 63yrs old and still do jumping ropes. No maintenance. Glory to God.

    Actually, dito sa New York most people here don't eat rice. I noticed that NY folks are most conscious of their food intake.Staple here are salads to pair with steak & some other foods. Being here for the longest time, nagaya na rin ako & so far my weight is stable & I feel more healthier than when I was in the Philippines. Watching yourvideos from the Big🍎

    Tama po tlga ... kc...... ang source of energy ko now is protien and hindi ako naghahanap ng foods almost 24 kours... but umiinom ako ng warm water ang coffee.. and im not feelinghunggy.. pero kakain nlng ako kc 24 hours na walng eat.... but feel zest parin.

    3 months ago nang simulan kong kalimutan ang kanin tinapay at sugar at ito buhay pa nman ako from 96 kilo to 75 today sep 3 2022. Thank you po doc🥰

      Dear doctora.. tama po kayo.. i do not easily get hungry sa LCD. Before i was 124 lbs now i am 110lbs. The weight i have been dreaming of for ages was accomplished w.o any effort.     Japan has the second longevity rate in the world second to france, japan consumes rice until old age, aged people in Japan are still fairly active, i was wondering where the no rice diet came from because i think it is quite coincidental that war is looming in the horizon and rice commodity will be scarce so the no rice diet came about, just critical but not judgmental

      lola ko mag 100 yrs old na cya dis coming may 1...puntahan cya ng dswd for the sentinnial award..but yung naka amuse...nag bibiyak pa cya ng pang gatong.that is true...since naging 60s cya..yung routine niya minsan lng mag rice.pero yung main rice ni instead
      ,ay oatmeal.yes since 60s cya .nag umpisa na cya nag oatmeal.n i proud for her..umabot cya ng 100..godbless here.isda manok gulay lng kinakain niya.pa konti konti..

      Ha.ha.ha.kaya nga. Yong ibang doctor sinasabi nila dapat 2x a week lang kakain ng itlog at dapat isang piraso lang dahil mataas ang cholesterol. Yong mga karne din konti lang daw ang kakainin . kaya nakakalito kung ano ang totoo. Yong isang guro sa amin laging nagfafasting ngayon nabaliw na siya. Sabi ng doctor niya , dahil daw sa pagfafasting niya lagi.

      Japanese consumed rice but they really eat healthy. And Japanese knows how to deal with stress. Old folks in Japan are strong in body, mind and spirit. But when the West entered, it changed the eating habits of the younger generation. Fast foods becomes the new crazed like the McDonald's, etc.

    Two major impact if 50million Filipinos practicing LCIF...
    1. Rice insufficiency in the Philippines is solved.
    2. Many of our doctors mawawalan na ng mga patients on major illness like hyphertension, heart attacks, arthritis, body inflamations and many more..
    On the other hand this will not affect our farmers because they can switch to piggery, poultry ang vegetable farming which will definitely increases the demand...
    Food industries and food chains will develop keto friendly foods.

      This is the answer I have been looking for. A friend of mine made a rebuttal na mawawalan daw ng pangkabuhayan ang mga farmers kung wala ng kakain ng kanin. Tama. Raise piggery and grow vegetables is the key. Kaya pala ayaw din maniwala ng doktor ko at kaibigan na nurse sa Philippine Heart Center na kakain daw ng rice para may energy. Im comforted with your ideas. Thank you po.

    Sa probinsya madalang kumain ng karne at yun kanin ang pinaka importante kahit walang ulam basta may kanin. Pero ang mga tao healthy walang mataba. Pag may sakit ang kanin gawin lugaw para madali maka recover sa karamdaman. Kanin is life sa probinsya at malakas pa sa kalabaw ang mga tao.

    Truly nainspire ako sa testimony ni Dr.Rojo. Inalis ko ang sugar sa coffee and zero rice and LC ang meals ko since May 2023. any green tea ay iniinom ko. .Im 73yo at nasa 69kg ang weight ko ngayon after losing 8kg . Struggle pa rin ako at nag aaverage sa 109-120, 2 hr after meal, sa blood sugar, prediabetis ako kahit na TMAD at hinahabaan ko ang fasting hours ko 18/6. hopefully maaachieve ko rin sana ang target ko na normal FBS .

    Nasubukan ko po yan 1 year no rice masarap sa pakiramdam at mabilis pawisan. Pwede kong kainin lahat ng pagkain hindi lang rice.
    From 88kgs to 68kgs.

    Yes, if you eat a very little amount of carb, you do not feel hungry. With IF, I went down to eating once a day. But, sometimes, I force myself to eat two times a day even I do not feel hungry coz I work out a lot. My calorie daily intake is still not a lot. I should eat more to meet my daily macro coz I workout a lot. But, it's hard since I started IF.

      @@mommyshealthycooking990 well para sakin po am doing keto to combat insulin resistance tsaka to reverse my fatty liver as u know, a precaution when u r approaching middle age. Sa keto naman, papayat ka which s good & that s one way of putting those fats to good use. Pero f mag ke keto ka, 8 shud be a high protein keto kasi u need to avoid fats also. As long as u limit ur carb intake to say 50g max ( f u can make 20-30g much better) u need to limit ur carb intake to induce ketosis. Not many people knows it pero ang keto ay hindi lamang pagpapapayat, it s wellness, para maging healthy.

    May gerd ako, decades ago...nawala nung nag-lowcarb diet ako. Malaki ang tiyan ko dati at mukhang mataba pero ngayon umimpis ang tiyan kaya akala ng mga kakilala ko ay pumayat ako....salamat!

    Bago ko po kayo mapanuod 2months na po ako wala rice..at hindi po sya madali sobra laki ko po sa edad ko dami na ramdaman..ngaun gumaan gaan pkiramdam ko lalo sa pag akyat at pag baba ng hagdanan dina ko ganun kahingal po😃😃

    Hello dockie grace.sa kakapanood ko pod ng videos nyo..proud po ako 10th month na ako Hindi nag kakanin Akala ko d ako mabubuhay ng wlang kanin at baka gawagawa mo lng.na challenged po ako doc sainyo kaya nagtry ko. At Tama po kayo...naging ok po Ang katawan ko .ang Gaan lng.dati feel ko parang may tumotusok sa puso ko konting galaw lang ay prang Ang pagod.may kaibahan po talaga sa lowcarb at fasting.yohoo.from 56 kls to 44kls po ako now.dati 16:8 intermittent lng ako..ngayon kaya ko na Ang 24hours na d ako nagugutom.slamat po.

    Hello! Your video just came up on my UA-cam. I'm from Torrance, CA and just subribed to your channel. I'm doing IF. I eat the shirataki rice (1 cup) and also, I cook cauliflower as my rice or eat it raw, once in a while. I watch my carbs (no bread), sodium and sugar daily intake coz hypertension and diabetis runs in our family ( I do not have it yet). I eat grassfed meat, salmon and eggs coz I exercise. I exercise 5 times a week (HIIT & lift weights) . It's hard to eat healthy, but, got to do it. Once a month, I either eat french fries with hamburger, seafood or pasta (in moderation). Got to enjoy fatty food once in a while.

    Ako po 2 yrs and 6 months no rice and bread. Im on keto diet and IF. But i feel very strong and feels better than eating too much carbs. I’m into building muscles in the gym . at my age 48. Ofw from Dubai

    Dito sa jpn tatlo beses kumain ng kanin at ang sarap ng kanin nila kahit walang ulam asin lang ang sarap pero konti lang kinakain nilang kanin kc balance sila kung kumain may meso soup sila at isda at itlog sa umaga with prutas kahit prutas konti din sila kumain bsta dito sa jpn hnd sila maramihan kumain ng rice mas lamang ang gulay nila ulam with prutas at sa gabi konti rice lang or minsan wala pa bsta may gulay at karne apat na slice lang at isda dalawa peraso bawat isa sa inyo busog na sila mas lamang dito ang gulay sa jpn araw-araw sila kumakain ng karne pero tatlo or apat na slice lang hnd nawawala dito sa jpn tuwing umaga nilaga itlog dalawa peraso kinakain at depende din sa kanila may isa or dalawa peraso plus meso soup tas tuwing umaga umiinom mga hapon dito ng fresh milk or almond milk or soy milk ganon dito at ang haba ng buhay ng matatanda dito kahit hard ang trbho nila lampas pa sila ng 100yrs

      yan ang hirap sa low carb diet.i know its good for our body.pero not in a long period.. i admire them.yung nag low carb diet..pero like me..mabilis yung metabolism ko.nag try aako ng low carbs diet.pumayat me lalo..yung iba na mintain nila..dahil my mg xtra supplement sila gina take.kaya need parin ng supplement..but probz is..need natin ng big money for all protocol..mahirap for us.

    Diabetic po ako kaya sinubukan kpo na itigil na ang pag kain ng rice. Kaso po may Hyperthyroidism din po ako, lahat po ng pagkain na may iodine bawal sa akin, lahat ng food na may iodized salt, lalo na seafoods bawal. Bawal din po egg yolk kaya ung egg whites nlng po kakainin ko. Salamat po for sharing this.
