    Before joining a gym, I used to do 100 push ups a day because of you and now I've got my friend who is new to working out doing the same thing. Your teachings go beyond just the millions watching your videos! Thank you for spreading your knowledge

      It's a brilliant way in which to stay motivated. The damage you're likely to cause is minimal and it's brilliant for your core. So far this year I'm at 50 000 pushups since the first of January by doing 200 daily.

      I do 200-300 pushups a day for decades because Mike Tyson did 500 a day in his prime. I didn't know doing 100 was a big deal lol.

    I can say proudly that doing different variations of 100 pushups every day really changed it for me. Funny thing a few days back I saw a UA-cam short on 1 arm push-ups in the gym and out of curiosity I just tried it without training specifically for it I did it on the first try.
    All thanks to you.

    PUSH UPS are the best exercise you can do! Swapped fancy gym for crumbling garage doing mainly multiple STYLES of PUSH UPS still ripped af at 52 years old!!!

    I have been doing the 100 pushups workout for more than a year but I have made some changes in it.
    I do normal pushups (40)
    Diamond pushups (20)
    Handstand pushups(10)
    Pseudo-plenche pushups (10)
    Pushups side to side(20)
    Doing a total of 100 pushups

      @@delightk I’m 24 5’11 and weigh 150.. If your goal is a to be toned asf do 100 push-ups and 100 pull-ups every other day every week period. And do them in the same workout, you will notice insane changes, I barely had a six pack before now I do , and I used to only be able to do 3 pull-ups when I started now I can do almost 20 , but I still keep them in sets from 5-10 ..

    I used to do only be able to do about 30 pull ups in a row about 10 years ago. I’ve still been working out fairly consistently but this has been a huge motivation boost for me. Thanks for showing how simple exercises can really boost your overall fitness.

    I did this challenge for 30 days and my max went from 20 all the way to 65. It was an awesome challenge. That's why I'm doing it now again. Trying to get to 100 in one set!

      @@ahmedaltayeb4701 Possible if you have short arms, takes about twice aslong to achieve if you have longer than average arm length but it does mean you end up stronger at the end.

    These vdos are actually so cool to watch mate! I did my first 250 pushups in a day yesterday (normal ones) and I'm 14! You are the first guy I watched and actually motivated and inspired me to start doing calisthenics as a whole! Thanks for that man, you're Great!!!

    I do like 700-900 pushups a day 3/4 days a week (~2,500 in total each week).
    I look strong and somewhat athletic but it wasnt until i added pull-ups, dips and chin ups and weightlifting into the mix that I actually started looking big snd gaining priper weoght.
    100 a days isnt going to do too much after the first week or two once your body gets used to it, trust me.

    Hey guys so I'll start this program I'll do 100 pushups everyday here is starting point
    I'm 14 year old 5'8 boy
    Day0(31/8/23)- I tested my max pushups today it is 25 I'll start the program from tommorrow.
    Day1- Did 10 sets of 10 pushups flew through 70 with ez had to push in the last 3 sets
    Day2- Flew through them had to take rest from set 5-6 due to some reason again I did 10×10
    Day3- Flew through all the 10 sets with ez
    Day4- Rest
    Day5- 15×6+10 I'll follow this routine now on
    Day6- did the same 15×6+10
    Day7- 1 week in let's gooo did 15×6+10 had a nice little pump
    Day8- completed the sets I want to decrease my rest time by the end of this challenge
    Day9- did 2 sets of 15 then took rest for the day
    Day10- did these sets but i was tired today i will take tommorrow as rest
    Day11- ik i have been taking rest a lot but I'm not fully recovered rn so I'll take a rest
    day12- 2 sets of 15 high lean pushups ( targeting shoulder ) 4 sets of 15 standard 1 set of 10 pseudo planche pushup
    Day13- 4 sets of 10 pseudo planche pushup 3 sets of 20 standard pushup
    Day14- i did 5 sets of 20 i think I'll continue with this routine now form can be improved I'll work on that. Also did 3 sets of 10 reps later in the day
    Day15- Yk what time it is LETS check ourrr max repsss again. I just check it and guys IT WAS 34 REPS!! But i still need to work on my hollow body while doing pushups so I'll do this challenge till day 30 we will extend if I need to and yes I'm taking rest today 😂 beacuse i think i deserve a rest after this result
    Day16- I did 3 sets of 20 pushups that is 60 pushups I know but i started doing chinups also so did 20 chinups in total my max in chinups is 3 so I'll try to improve that too
    Day17- i tried some skills like one arm pushup and hs took rest the other time
    Day18- 10×3 diamond pushup 10×3 wide pushup 20×2 standard pushup 4×5 chinups
    Day19- rest because im ill
    Day20- rest because im ill
    Day21- hit a crazy workout today did 2*10 diamond pushup 2*10 wide pushup 2*10 archer pushup(10ea also need to improve the form) 2*10 pseudo planche pushup & last but not least one set of 20 standard pushup also did 30 chinups (6*4 and 2*3) im really enjoying this routine so i will follow this
    Day22- rest
    Day23- did the same workout of day 21 but sadly couldnt do chinups
    Day24- rest
    Day25- day 23 workout but also did 10 pullups and 10 chinups
    Day26- the same workout but I skipped chinups and did around 13 pull-ups in sets i have 7 days holiday so I'll start Grease the groove for pullups
    Day27- i will be using this plan for 1 week the plan is to do 25 sets of 2 reps pullups (will decrease sets and increase reps throughout the week) and to do 2 sets of 25 reps standard pushups also ill be testing my max pullups on Day33 and max pushups on Day30
    Day28- as much i would like to do the workout today i sadly can't so rest day it is
    Day29- i did 17 sets of 3 reps pullups didnt do pushups because tommorrow is pushups results day
    Day30- i checked my max pushups today and guess whattt they are 51 reps! My form isn't perfect yet so now I will go for perfect form 50 reps slow negative explosive positive chest almost touch ground core engagement. Also I'm not going to do pull-ups today because I feel tired af and back is sore
    Day31- i did one set max of pushups perfect reps it was 35 took rest
    Day32- rest
    Day33- max pullups day ofcourse i just tested it and the my max pullups are 5 i think im happy with this for now ill try to improve more
    Day34- i did a drop set for weighted pushups I did it like this
    2×15 then 1×13 then 2×11 and so on until one I was also thinking of making a new routine for my pull-ups so now my pull-ups days will be Thursday, Saturday and Monday and my pushups days will be Wednesday, Friday and Tuesday ill be going to use the K boges pullup mastery program for pullups and pushups.
    Day35- i will take rest for a couple of days and start training with a new program from Monday
    Day36- rest
    Day37- rest
    Day38- rest
    Day39- i did 3 sets of max pullups 5min+ rest the results were 3/3/3 it was expected that my max number will drop because i took 3 days rest
    Day40- i did 3 sets of max banded pushups 5min+ rest the band i used was black band (15-30kgs) the results were 7/8/8
    Day41- I'm writing this the next day I got I'll so i couldn't workout but i did one set of max pullups in school which was 5 and 20 burpees in one set
    Day42- I'm completely well and I did one my pushup workout i also did 1 set of max pullups at school which is 5 lol but my pushup workout was like this 1/2×max reps Day40- which will be 4 banded reps and in 10 sets with 1 minute strict rest in between so my results were like this 4/4/4/4/4/4/4/4/4/3 according to the programme I'm following it is completely ok if you can't complete the last few sets
    Day43- i did my pull workout which was an asscending ladder with 30 seconds rep in between how a asscending ladder works is by doing 1st set of 1 rep then 2nd set of 2 reps and so on until you reach failure or you are confident you can not complete the next step my ladder had 4 rounds with 30sec rest in between the results were 1st set-1/2/3 2nd set-1/2/2 3rd set- 1/2 4th set- 1/2 5th set 1/2
    Day44- did the same thing as pullups on Day43 but for pushups with 30 seconds rest in between sets and every set increases 1 rep the results were 1st set-1/2/3/4/5/6 2nd set-1/2/3/4/5 3rd set-1/2/3/4/4 4th set-1/2/3/4 5th set-1/2/3/4 all the pushups were done with a black band(15-30kgs)
    Day45- its day45 hoho but its rest day lol
    Day46- i did 3 sets of max pullups with a decent amount of rest in between sets the results were 5/5/4 I'm pretty happy so W
    Day47- did 3 sets of max banded pushups 15-30kg band the sets were 10/10/9 im happy so W
    Day48- i did 1/2 of my max reps of pullups (5) i evened it out to 2 so i did 10 sets of 2 reps with around 1 minute rest the results were 2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/1
    Day49- i did 1/2 of my max banded pushups which was 10 in 10 sets with decent rest the results were 5/5/5/5/5/5/5/5/5/5 results were expected as i took a lot of rest in between sets
    Day50- i took rest because i had way too much hw today
    Day51- it was ladder day today for pushups 5 sets with 30 sec rest the results were 1/2/3/4/5/6 1/2/3/4/5 1/2/3/4. 1/2/3/4. 1/2/34
    Day52- rest
    Day53- 3 sets of max pullups with good amount of rest the results were 6/3/4 idk why but i think it's because i went full on with my 1st set and I'm very happy with 6 full rom reps
    Day54- I had some work at home so couldn't workout
    Day55- it was 1/2 of max × 10 today I didnt do 1 min rest but more than 3-4 min per set because i was doing them while doing other work the results were 3/3/3/3/3/3/2/3/2
    Day56- i tested my max perfect form pushups reps after a long time it was 40 clean reps which im proud of i will also be changing my workout plans for pushups days
    Day57- you know the drill i did the ascending ladder workout today for pull-ups the results were 1/2/3/4

    The rest time this time was greater than 30 seconds but I'm still happy with the results
    Day57- i did few pullups besides that i was helping in cleaning up our house because of a festival coming
    Day58- the cleaning continues and i got rest
    Day59- i feel like im not fully recovered today idk why my shoulders hurt and so does my head ill take rest and test my max pushups and max pullups on day60 as my 2 month progress
    Day60- i didn't check my max today but I did a few sets of 4 pull-ups and tested my max 2 finger pushups which were 6
    Day61- i tested my max pullups it was 6 but with infinitely better form then before so that's nice I'll also now change my workout plan a bit
    Day62- couldn't work out properly I will start that from Monday but did some random sets of pull-ups and pushups throughout the day
    Day63- boys guess what I UNLOCKED ONE ARM PUSHUP yessss I did one rep today and now i think I'll start to go for cleaning it up.
    Day64- rest
    Day65- rest
    Day66- i did 100 pushups with perfect form in sets of 15
    Day67- my chest is still sore but I can't workout today 😔
    Day68- I did 30 pull-ups in sets of 3 I will do this for a couple of weeks
    Day69- rest cause headache
    Day70- festival celebration soo rest
    Day71- I am doing deload these 5 days so I'll rest + today is festival
    Day72- some Grease the groove sets of pull-ups
    Day73- Grease the groove sets of pull-ups + max pullups set at end which was 7 I'm really happy with this.

    How is it possible that being an elite level calisthenic athlete(who can do more than 20 handstand pushups in one go and literally every variation of pullups) his max pushups in the beginning were 55. Like seriously I don't believe this is true because His core strength is massive. In Brandon's video he did more than 1000 pushups(including some weighted pushups) in an hour and also in his anime video he did 100 pushups very easily and then also ran 10 km so definitely his max pushups in beyond 100

    Seeing you struggle the same way I do doing push-ups really helped me continue my 7 days of pushups. I did them inclined and like your son but really. Thanks you.
    I will take a couple days (2 to rest) and then I will start working on my level 2's for a week.

    Awesome beast style video, Loved to see how Chris becomes more and more of a calisthenics beast 😍. Loved the pushups workouts. I do 150 pushups on Fridays morning (in sets of 10), then on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday I do 50 pullup progression (hanging scapula shrugs) each day, Going to increase pushups and scapula shrugs to 200 now. Your video is super motivating to me on my progression
