I've been training planche for around 3 months and I've only unlocked 2 or 3 seconds of a straddle planche and not with the best form and Larry just trained for 3 weeks and got full planche push ups! Amazing
Try this aerobic hip up pushup variation works lung capacity far more than standard pushup and is best for me at high reps. Exercise description is standard pushup on one foot except push hip up when elbows are straight then straight body when elbows bent. Adding hip up motion increases breath rate plus gives quicker knee up strength when running. I breath once during standard pushup. To avoid gas depleted lung fatigue giving more reps I take 3 quick pre-breaths during each hip up pushup beginning start of set.
Chris you have helped me so much when I was 13 I could only do 5 push ups in a row but now Im 15 and I can do 25 in a row. Dud you have changed my life thank you man🙏🙏
I got a power rack recently, and it has a pull up bar. First time doing pull ups in a while. F they're hard, but I know sticking to it with good form will come through.
