I already did around 80 dips today, but I ain't hesitate to strike another 100 push ups. Thank you Chris for your hardwork you put into those videos, they keep me motivated.
I do 300 pushups, a 100 dips and like 30 pullups and more a day I also max out on weights and leg workouts lol I'm starting to focus on core workouts like planks and stuff to.
Nice, I was only able to follow Chris for the first 4 sets without going evelated 😢 any tips? Cuz I have been training for 2 years and my progress is currently stopped/plateued
Another thing you can do is tie pushups to something you do regularly. For instance, if you drink a lot of coffee or tea. Just say to yourself I must do 25 pushups, (or as many as possible) before I can have a cup. I got to where I was doing 100 to 200 pushups a day from coffee. Then started adding more sets and pull-ups for the fun of it as I progressed. Just whenever I had a moment. Knock them out all throughout the day, and evening. Works great. It will really send your metabolism and fat burning into overdrive.
I recently did the push up pull up level video on my twitch and couldnt believe i can almost master 1 arm explosive push ups and 1 arm pull up/full lever pull ups. This was soooo dope cause i beem recovering from a car accident. Thank you Chris for your videos!!
My morning routine; 5 x 30 lying leg curls with dumbbell 6 x 30 body weight squats 6 x 20 push ups 7 x 10 pull ups 5 x 20 curls 20lbs. I’m asked all the time how I keep my physique in order. Keep it simple and stay consistent 🔑 My max push ups are between 60-70 My max pull ups are 35 currently.
@@Mirror775 im thinking 3 seconds per rep. and 30 sec between sets. makes it 30(5+6+6+7+5)+3(30+30+20+10+20)=1200 sec = 20 min... in that pace.. so lets say 30 min to round things of. its a hell of a morning routine. but im all for it.

i started calisthenics by doing 100 push ups and 30 pull ups daily (almost a year ago), so true about it building discipline - I cannot stop working out since (even on rest days tempted to work out).

Yesterday I decided to start creating a routine of all the various exercises I got saved and bookmarked on various social media platforms so I can actually stick to doing them. I’ve actually swapped out the elevated diamond and archer pushups for Pseudo and Pike pushups to work on increasing my shoulder strength and edge my way towards learning the planche! I’m going to start on the ab workout video now I’m used to the doing the pushups as habit everyday so I can get my six pack cooking for Summer 😂 Besides the physical improvement, it’s the mental that’s been my most proud development. I honestly think a 100 push ups does not at all sounds like a lot. It’s about the consistency. 100 push ups. Every single day. No excuses. Every. Single. Day.
Thank you for this video. I did my first 20 regular pushups today after one month of doing the plank routine plus elevated pushups. It's not perfect but at least I'm no longer stuck to the ground lol I'll definitely try the other variations. The other video with the 10 levels scared me but this one I can handle I think.
I love pushups its the most simple exercise but gives you more benefits than you think,pushups can be your only workout in a day if you want.Just doing pushups everyday will get you in good shape long as you eat decent.

To begin with I did 10 sets of 10 throughout the whole day. Or everytime I went up stairs to the loo, I drop and do 10. No rules to it, other than get 100 in the day. Eventually I got strong enough to do more in a shorter space of time. I've let myself go again, but come 1st Jan i'll back to it and back into fitness. 🤞
Holy frick, this is amazing! I've definitely gotten to the point where I can do over 100 pushups a day easily. I've worked myself up to where I can easily get 50+ pushups in a set with effort, and I couldn't do these all on the ground, nor in sync with the time. Archers which are normally easy for me in small sets were next to impossible for me and form was giving in. I only got about 6 1/2 slow pushups before my form failed, and I don't even know how to do those diamond pushups where the pinkies touch, so I plan on practicing more till I get the hang of those. This is a great work out, it's definitely harder than it looks. I normally just watch your videos for workout progressions on the Thenx channel. But, I might try more of these pre-planned specific workout sets. Because this killed me. Cheers and God Bless!

Because eventually this gets very easy you are conditioning your body, you don’t have a rest day from doing a little bit of work around the house or if you went for a walk do you? This should only take a couple minutes to complete each day, but of course listen to your body, if you are still recovering from a heavy workout give it a rest for the day or just do it on an elevated surface. I do 100 pushups and 100 squats everyday and it's life changing! I do 2 sets of 50 reps. I started out doing 4 sets of 25 and I then got stronger and now I do 2 sets of 50. The next goal is to be able to do 100 straight.
I started doing 100 push ups. At first 2-3 times a week. It’s my 4th day in a row to do 100 push ups. I came back tired from the office, bit I decided to do it anyway. I feel much better now.

I struggle to hit 40 without giving out, but I am really not someone who’s ever worked out. Life-long nerd. I’ll try this workout and see how it goes.
